I WAS SHOPPING FOR A SERVICE TO REMOVE MY 20 YEAR OLD OIL BURNER AND INSTALL PROPANE. SALES REP MIKE KANE CAME TO THE HOME AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN PROPANE FURNACES. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A 96 PERCENT EFFICIENT FURNACE THAT WOULD NOT REQUIRE USING MY OLD CHIMNEY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND MOVED AHEAD WITH THE JOB. THE 2 TECHS THAT WERE SENT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE JOB TOOK 2 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE REMOVAL. THE WORK WAS NEATLY DONE AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW THEY TIED THE FURNACE INTO MY OLD DUCT WORK. "YES" I WOULD DEFINATELY SUGGEST CALLING THEM BEFORE SETTLING ON THE COMPETITION. TELL THEM TONY FROM FARNHAM SUGGESTED CALLING THEM. SINCE THEN, MIKE AND I HAVE BECOME FRIENDS AND I CALL HIM OFTEN ON UNRELATED HEATING ITEMS.

The tech was very professional. Did his job without disturbing the house and was ready to answer any questions. Will use them again as the need arises.

Not good. Purchased entire new York system and Crowther neglected to put in the paper work with York and now will not honor the 10 year warranty. The field employees were polite but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. Suggest going to Peninsular if you have a York system or replace it all together. Going to York directly to see if we can get anything done.

The tech was on time to the minute.He was friendly,and professional,and had our ac up and running in a flash!

The crew of Crowther Heating and A/C are awesome! Our A/C went out the hottest week of the summer, they came immediately check out the problem! Outsie unit and coil needed to be replaced and the next week replaced in one day! We are happy with such great service! Bill Hendershot and crew did an awesome job!

Thank You Again for an outstanding job. I had recently taken on the position as Facility Manager at the RAL Art Center and right away it was HVAC renovation time. Mike Kane and I planned the scope and execution for Oct.7th thru the 10th to remove and replace the old HVAC air handler and condenser. It went smooth as silk. Very knowledgeable and caring group of employees. Arriving on Mon. 10/7 for demo and prep for new equipment. On Thurs. evening 10/10 all systems were up and running. Great crew of hard working gentlemen. I spent the week on site. It was a very pleasant experience. Made some new friends and enjoyed learning from the professionals. We had a total duel system heat pump replacement. It was a pleasure working with CHAC. From the sales rep to the technicians responsible for the install. Very professional in their craftsmanship and ensuring everything was installed and working correctly. Very courteous and respectful of our property. We are new to the area and am glad we chose CHAC for our HVAC needs.

This was a large job. A new HVAC installation. Ive learned over my many years that we get what we pay for and Crowther delivered beyond. It was a 2 week job. Every technician was professional. They showed up every day and completed the installation early. The quality of work was very good. I might have paid a little more , but for that lil extra you will get a professional warranted installation. Not everyone can represent Carrier. These guys do and that generally means they have to meet certain higher standards that other installers.

As good as it gets. Super Pros. I bought five new systems from them. From the beginning thru commissioning they were a great to work with, very respectful, something you don't see in New England. Their follow on service as well as warrenty work is almost instant. I don't know if I got a good deal, I did buy about the best I could, but after meeting with them and seeing their operation, I was convinced no matter the price I was going to get the best of the Northern Neck!

Crowther's HVAC did a total install for an older house for me 14 years ago. They are very good at what they do and are also the epitome of customer service. Any problems that I have had they took care of immediately at very reasonable prices. Add in that they are all really good people and you have the formula for a very successful business. Rereccomend them highly.

CHAC was at our home the same day we called when our AC went out. Their technician, Herbie, was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be repaired. He was knowledgeable and had our unit working again quickly. We would recommend CHAC to everyone!
