Brian and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. They worked with our insurance company to get it approved by insurance after a recent hail storm; all we had to pay was our deductible. They were extremely efficient too - after we chose our roof color, our roof was completed two days later! The job itself was done in one day. They were meticulous about cleaning up all of the nails and were always quick to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our new roof!

Joe and his team did an excellent roof install in 2018, after hurricane damage. Fast forward to March of 2023, and our insurance sent an inspector (who clearly was inexperienced) to inspect who decided (erroneously) our roof was not up to snuff. Joe came out the following Monday and took extensive pictures and wrote a great report that got us re-instated. The roof still looks like new! We are very impressed with Impact and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I got several estimates to replace an aging roof and Impact's price was competitive but the interaction with Brian and his superior knowledge of the roofing business was impressive so I decided to go with Impact. Their crew was extremely clean, timely and professional during the four day job. Working with Louie, Maynard, and Matt was superb. We had damage to our roof, water damage to one of our bathrooms, one shutter on the outside fell and others became loose due to a windstorm. Louie took the time to explain the process of getting these issues taken care of (replacement of roof and shutters and painting of bathroom ceiling). I could reach out to Louie and Matt with questions and they were very responsive. Maynard did the initial roof inspection and installed the new shutters; they all were very knowledgeable and professional and I truly enjoyed working with each. The gentlemen that replaced the roof did a fantastic job and my husband and I are both truly satisfied.

The contractors with Impact Roofing and Construction were by far the best we have worked with during our forty years of home ownership. Three separate crews worked on our house.
Our house was damaged from the hail storm August 31st. The roofing crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and cleaning up after the job. All our siding was replaced by another crew. Our gutters were replaced with larger gutters by the gutter guys.
Finally, we had a water damaged soffit, unrelated to the hail storm, which was repaired better than we expected. Louie Aziz, who was the point person dealing with the us and our home insurance company, did a superb job explaining the process of the making the insurance claim and negotiating with Liberty
Mutual. We had never filed a home insurance claim before. Louie has worked with us since September 1st. Louie is the best, and I speak from 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales as a medical center representative, a trainer and a recruiter for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Louie followed up on every single detail. I was pleased with the other management team members I personally met, Maynard and Brian. You are in good hands if you choose Impact.
