Constraction reviews in Lorton, Virginia

Impact Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jon and his crew went above and beyond with all the work they did! Very responsive to any questions I had during the project. Highly recommend and would use them again!

Jon at Impact is very knowledgeable regarding the claims process. I originally had the insurance company and another company come out. I got my siding approved for replacement but not the roof. Jon came out and inspected the roof, took pictures, and sent it in for a re-inspect. Insurance denied the roof again. Jon came back out to take additional pictures and sent those in. It finally got approved. Jon was able to get the roof replaced when others were not able to. The roof and siding install went smoothly. I’ve been recommending Impact to everyone in my neighborhood. Great folks to work with (from Jon to the operations team). Thanks for everything!

Impact had the best price, a very high level of communication, excellent work, and very speedy. Some other companies took too long, then gave a high qoute. I highly recommend Impact!

This was the second time I used Impact Roofing. i had such a good experience in the first two occasions that there will definitely be a third. Not only did they win the price bid for my roof, they were beyond helpful, giving me the benefit of the doubt and the dollar at every instance. They correctly deduced that my issues were not just a degradation due to age but of actual damage due to high winds and other forces of nature, and I credit Impact with advising me to make an insurance claim (which covered my costs). Dave in particular worked very had to find a roof shingle that met the discriminating tastes of my wife.

5 stars, WILL use again! Thank so much, Dave and Impact Roofing!

Impact did an outstanding job on my roof, siding, and gutters! The team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. and my home looks fantastic. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and high-quality exterior work!

Impact Roofing & Construction provided professional service from start to finish. From delivery to installation the impact team delivered a quality product at a fair price. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof!

I called impact roofing out for an evaluation on a roof leak. They assessed the issue and made the fix in a reasonable time and price. Highly recommend

Brian and his team were friendly, competent, professional, and most importantly, effective. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Five stars!

Impact Roofing has installed a new roof for our 42 year old house. Dealing with Matt and his co- workers was such a pleasant experience, they were polite, courteous and punctual. They kept in touch with us throughout the period we were getting ready to decide on the materials. We are extremely satisfied with the job they did and wish them the best. As a matter of fact two other houses in our col d sac used them to do their roofing .

We had a roof leak and also a few other repairs we needed to make. Jon Mathers responded promptly (w/in an hour of an estimate inquiry) and conducted a thorough inspection of our needed repairs. He also found some other repairs needed from poor construction. He provided a quote the same day that was competitive and included pictures and descriptions of the work needed. Repairs were completed within a week and pictures were provided of the work done.

We highly recommend Impact Roofing. Jon, Brian, and their crew were very nice, cleaned up, and left our yard neat.

From inception to close out the impact team led by Mr Mathers was exceptional. His patience and understanding of what my wife wanted made for a smooth project without any scope creep. I would highly recommend impact and I am already planning my next project with them. Thank you for a great price, quality craftsmanship and most importantly exceeding my wife’s expectations.

Jon was super professional and easy to talk to. He arrived on time, knew exactly what we needed, and the price was reasonable. His crew was also great! We’re so glad we left behind that roof leak and wasp nest. Definitely recommend this company!

Impact Roofing & Construction did an excellent job on my rental property. From start to finish, Jon and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly, coordinated with the insurance company, and completed the work—roofing, siding, gutters, and trim—with great attention to detail and quality. I appreciate their reliability and the smooth process throughout. I would definitely recommend Impact Roofing & Construction and look forward to working with them again!

Responsive and on time. The detailed report of the damage and the after-action report was reassuring the work was necessary and done properly. They left the job site free of any messes and even followed up after the job was done! Very happy with Impact Roofing.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Impact Roofing and Construction to have the siding on our home completely replaced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly skilled.

Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the finished product not only met but exceeded our expectations. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top-notch, and the crew was respectful of our property, keeping the worksite clean and organized throughout the job.

Communication was excellent throughout the process—they kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable with all decisions before moving forward. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction.

We highly recommend Impact Roofing and Construction to anyone looking for siding, roofing, or general exterior home improvements. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality truly set them apart.

Update for March 2024—still love them :)! They clean and inspect my roof and flag any problematic trees or issues. Highly recommend!

Love Impact Roofing! They are great at what they do. They are responsible experts who will work with you on roof issues. Very prompt, professional, and nice. My neighbor is actually one of the owners so I know them personally as well—truly a kind and professional bunch. My roof and gutters were a mess. They cleaned everything (including my deck!!!) and patched a hole in my roof, on a weekend! Can’t say enough good things about their team.

Impact Roofing did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The roof looks fantastic, and the quality of their work really shows. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofers.

I highly recommend Impact Roofing. Jon came out on a Saturday for my consultation and immediately inspected the roof, providing clear photos of the issues he found. By the next day, I received a detailed quote and the repairs were completed in less than a week. The entire process was smooth and professional, with excellent communication throughout. I am very satisfied with their service and plan to use them for future home repairs. Five stars for quality, responsiveness, and customer care.

Impact Roofing & Construction — Outstanding Work!
