We had an emergency electrical issue late Sunday night. Luckily for us we decided to call Mr. Electric of Fairfax and they came right out and diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were very thorough and checked every possible issue we might be having.

I needed to get a meter box replaced for one of my rental properties and Mr. Electric had someone there the same day to do the work. They were very responsive and did a great job. I would recommend them.

Louay was fantastic. Even after being held up with other calls, he came out after hours to provide a quote. He replaced our electrical panel, and was accommodating to our schedules. The work was extensive but completed on time and in a professional manner.

I’ve been using Mr. Electric to make repairs on numerous commercial properties and every time it’s exceptional work! Sonny always shows up ready to conquer whatever tasks I throw his way and always leaves me more than satisfied! I would recommend them to anybody that needs any electrical work - big or small jobs!

This review is for their estimate process. The guy was nice enough, I didn’t use him, but first thing he did when looking at my panel was slap his big fat advertisement sticker on the inside of it, and I can’t even take it off. Now I have his ad taking up half the inside of my panel door and I’m not even using him.

Otherwise seemed like a professional company. Good quality work , but they do charge for it.

And in case you’re wondering, they never came back to remove alll their unrequested marketing stickers and crap from inside my house

Absolutely fantastic job came on time provided a quick explanation on how he would troubleshoot then got to work. Found the problem within 10 minutes did not waste any time to fix it showed me exactly how the problem occurred and how to avoid it next time and charge me for his service, which was a reasonable price. I will use the service for any electric issues from now on.

I called Mr. Electric of Fairfax on 10/12 because I wanted a light source put in my living room ceiling. An appointment was set for 10/13 between 8 a.m. and noon. At 8:10 the next day I received a phone call alerting me that my electrician, Mr. Alhelal, would be arriving within 30 minutes, which he did. He assessed the situation, gave us a quote, and said he would be back shortly with the supplies, and he was. He put in an electrical outlet and hung our new light fixture. Afterward, he and his companion cleaned up and took out the trash. They were very polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had to cut into the drywall, which we knew would happen but the three cuts they made were small and clean, meaning sparkling and painting would be very easy. The second picture is of the cuts they made and if it is difficult to see, then that's exactly my point. I am very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Mr. Electrician.

I am updating this review after the company has since called us back to clear up the miscommunications. They had applied a discount after speaking with the technician which we felt still was not enough. After speaking about what the prices were in the area and why we chose their company over others, they were able to give us a better price that matched the work and effort on our project. They have been prompt with their communication which is definitely their best attribute. We appreciate their willingness to work with us and find a compromise that worked for all parties involved.

When the technician came, they did their normal testing to figure out the problem. We were told that a wire was bad and we were told the cost to fix the bad wire was $350. Fixing and replacing a bad wire is not within our abilities. When we agreed to fixing the bad wire, all the tecgnician did was move a wire to the correct connection. Had we been properly told that all that needed to happen was move the wire, we could have done that ourselves and paid just a simple diagnostic/hourly fee. We purposely chose this company due to its free consultation and their "hourly or diagnostic fee" is more than double most of the other costs of similar companies in the area. This is an outrageously high price for the amount of work that was done and we are very frustrated with the lack of proper communication from the technician and the company. We were happy to pay a fee as we did have a problem that was ultimately fixed, but the price was not reflective of the work and time spent on our project.

Would recommend to anyone who needs electric service done. I inquired about getting my outlets fixed and was able to book online which was easy for me. My electrician Louay went above and beyond when he arrived. He checked all my outlets to be sure I got everything fixed in one trip and went as far as explaining the process. He also checked my circuit box and was able to give me a quote for an updated one and explained that process to me as well. When he was leaving he noticed my screen door came off the henge and was able to help me fix that which I greatly appreciate. I will be a returning customer to get my circuit box fixed.

Louay showed up on time for the estimate and to perform the work. His quote for the job was cheaper than other electricians and he completed the work in a few hours. 100% would recommend!

My floor heating was malfunctioning. Mr Belal was able to quickly diagnose this issue and guide me towards the replacement part and returned to install the defective part. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Using a thermal imaging device, he was able to visually demonstrate that his fix resolved the issue. I am grateful for his expertise.

Louay was extremely professional and polite. I had him install a new lighting fixture in one of the bedrooms of my condo. Quality work done in a couple of hours and reasonable pricing. Good work.

They fixed a machine for our business quickly. We were completely shut down without it so we really appreciated the quick and successful job they did. I would absolutely use them again.

I needed a L2 charger installed for my car. New Year's Eve I had Mr Electric give me an estimate which lined up with others I received, but what made me pick them was they were able to come out the next day, New Year's day, and install it. Fishing the line seemed to be a bit of a pain, but they still managed to do it well and make it look decent. Very happy with speed and professionalism.

Louay was outstanding! I had an electrical short while I was running Ethernet because I wasn’t as careful as I should’ve been. Fortunately, Louay from Mr. Electric of Fairfax was able to come out within the hour. He found the problem fast, explained everything clearly, and made the repair safely. Bilal arrived exactly when he texted he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate the issues effectively. What minor work he performed was excellent. I would not only call on him again but should a family member or friend need his services I wouldn't have the slightest hesitation to heartily recommend him!
