Had an amazing experience with Nice Heating & Air and Hayden, the tech, who came out to look at my boiler. I have worked with quite a few HVAC companies and these guys are on a whole higher level. Frankly, it was almost shocking the difference in professionalism. I signed up for their care program, which I never do. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. Hayden was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

The Crew from Nice Heating and Air were punctual, cordial, professional and friendly. They replaced (Dave and Yvonny) two HVAC units in my house in a week - 3 days apart. Both installations were done neat and clean with due considerations to my requests. Both techs worked with a smile and were quite fun to have around as they had a light banter going on as they worked. The Sales rep Max also showed up on both days and made sure that the installation team knew what he committed and there was no break in communication. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Justin, from Nice Heating and Air came by to check out our mini split and regular furnace for the winter time. I was amazed at his detailed level of service and knowledge. He spent more than five times the amount of time the previous service company would spend on the winter service for the furnace alone. He invited me to watch what he was doing to educate me on the furnace.

I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a very knowledgable and trustworthy technician.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Max Davidson at NICE Heating & Air. From start to finish, Max was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured that the job was done right the first time. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly top-notch. *updated post 3/6/2025. Had great service with Colt Miller today! He was a true professional, spent time looking through my HVAC & Fireplace to make sure everything looked good. Took numerous pictures and went over every finding in detail. I've been with NICE Heating and Airconditioning for a couple of years now and truly appreciate their small business approach and model.

Our 4 year old AC unit stopped working on a very hot Friday afternoon. We were surprised since the HVAC company we had been with for at least 15 years had serviced it 2 months prior and found nothing wrong with it. We called Nice Heating & Air and they arrived within 2-3 hours. They said the Capacitor was dead and they replaced it. AC started working again. This just happened today so I hope it will keep on working through this hot summer.

Cannot say enough about the service we get from NICE! We have them come in twice a year and their service program is hassle free. Today, our technician, Timothy Roberts, went above and beyond. I had several questions about our HVAC system. I received honest and thorough information. He also mentioned that they do dryer vent cleaning! We added that service today. I am so appreciative of the service and the ease of scheduling. Keep up the great work, Timothy and NICE!

I recently had a humidifier installed, JC and Nate did a great job, took their time but was clean and neat.

We have been using Nice for a few years now and could not be more satisfied with the service. Today, Fredy came out and did an amazing job. He was professional and very thorough. He explained everything to me and was more than happy to show me how everything works. Simply a great company with expert employees.

Just had the best experience with our service technician, Curtis. As it was obvious that I knew little or nothing about an HVAC system, and Curtis was very polite and professional in explaining exactly what he was doing and how the system works. The reason I stay with Nice Heating & Air is because of their staff in the office and those in the field. I’ll be a customer as long as I’m living in the area.

We called Nice Heating & Air when our furnace died the other day. They were very nice and professional. They gave us an estimate on when someone might arrive. John Mills came out promptly and looked at our equipment. The equipment was very old and not worth repairing. John got it back up and running for the weekend. Later that same evening Max Davidson came out, measured everything, gave us some options and we made our choices. No pressures and Max explained everything so even I could understand. The guys came out to our house the next Monday and installed the new system. They were totally professional. Very attentive to details and kept their work areas clean and tidy. We couldn't be happier with the system and Nice's work. We highly recommend them for HVAC work. We're very pleased with their work!

This morning, my parents and I called NICE for an appointment and was able to get on the same day schedule due to no heat in the condo. The office dispatch staff sent someone within 1 hour of the call.

Fredy Trinidad was my technician that serviced the unit in my family's condo and educated me and my folks on the hvac system and checking the air filters.

He gave me and my family different options whether to repair or to replace the unit based on cost solutions. And hopefully soon when the warmer weather arrives, it may be time to get a brand new HVAC unit. I highly recommend NICE Heating and Air because the staff including Fredy is also NICE!

From start to finish, Nice Heating & Air was fantastic! We worked with Hayden for the initial analysis of our old system and purchase of the new one, and then Jonathan came with Patrick to install it. All three of them were knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. Jonathan made sure we knew everything we needed to about the units and their maintenance before he left, and they double checked that both the air conditioning and the heating systems were working properly. We were impressed with every step of the process. Rachel in the office helped us work out some payment details and she was great as well! We will definitely recommend Nice Heating & Air!

Electrical Inspection was done by Sebastian quickly & professionally. We were provided with a proposal to bring our house up to current code.

We had our Hot water heater and furnace replaced and it was the best decision we made to go with Nice heating and air! It’s now working properly! Ron and Von’s customer service was outstanding! They were very patient and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make us happy. If you want great customer service and your units done correctly, request them to do the job! We are so happy!

I was very impressed with Justin’s knowledge and thorough examination of my heating unit and WH dehumidifier. I feel I’m in good hands with what he has recommended. Bravo on a job well done of what is usually just a routine check up. Justine’s findings answered a lot of my questions. Thank you!

I am recently adding photos of the problem with Nice Home Heating’s Whole House Dehumidifier that not only doesn’t work but it’s now leaking. This has NOTHING to do with JUSTIN!! He did not do the work nor was he at this company when I had it installed. I’m only adding this message here because I can’t get Nice Home Heating to respond and come look at this. Apparently the company was recently acquired by someone else. Good luck to anyone dealing with this company!!!

Tech Fredy was very knowledgeable and professional. Indicated what he felt were the issues. However, some of the cost for cleaning parts were simply too expensive. Thankful though they came a.s.a.p. As we had no heat.

The initial service call didn't go as planned, but I was pleasantly surprised when they made it right by coming the next day. Sam, the technician who assisted me, was not only very nice but also incredibly knowledgeable about the project. It was evident that he had endless expertise and was fully engaged in finding the best solution for me.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be using their services again in the future. In fact, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their expertise.

The techs seem mostly competent, but I speculate are likely commission based incentivizing them to be push sales.

The last time the tech was saying everything looked great and then went to his truck for 20 minutes to put together my "options". The cozy club membership felt like semi anual marketing that you pay a monthly fee for.

Update: the owner and customer service team contacted us and sent the right people out to get our fireplace working and passing inspection. Overall the time required to get everything done was still frustrating but credit to them for getting to a resolution once they got involved - some other companies owners just don't seem to care about customer service even after the problems come to their attention. I'm adjusting my review higher to reflect that but I'll leave the original issue below as fair warning that someone might have to escalate an issue and wait before it gets resolved.*****Paid them to finish conversion of a fireplace to gas. The installation can not pass inspection because no one can get it turned on. They sent someone out who also couldn't get it turned on. 2 months of rescheduling appointments and I still don't have a working fireplace and county inspection has failed twice.
