I have had great experiences with several jobs from Voda but I want to especially mention Edgar who did an amazing job with carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. I am very sensitive to fragrances and chemicals and he made sure to go over all ingredients and procedures with me. He went above and beyond with his efforts and did an amazing job. My heavily stained chairs look brand new!

I contacted VODA a week ago from out of town and ask them if they could give me a quote one day and then clean the carpets the next day. They were extremely easy to work with. They were very communicative. And they did exactly as I asked them. They also cleaned an upholstered chair beautifully. We were very happy with their service and a shout out to Jonathan the technician who did the work. He was very polite and efficient and professional.

This is my second time using Voda. I’m very thankful for them! They are super friendly and make a bad situation a little bit better! My washer flooded my laundry room and the laundry rooms of two downstairs neighbors. They were quick to help all three of us! It made the process much easier.

The maintenance team did an excellent job repairing the carpet in our apartment. Jonathan and his friend were very professional, respectful, and worked very carefully. The carpet stretching and repair were done very well, and it now looks much better than before. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you for the great service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot recommend enough! We had Don, from Voda of Lakeshore out on 2/9/2026 to tackle our den, family room, staircase, and upstairs hallway, all of which are very high-traffic areas.
To say he had his work cut out for him is an understatement. Between cat messes, old stains from a guinea pig cage area, and various food spills, our carpets were looking rough. Add in the usual Michigan winter wear and tear, and I wasn't sure if they could be saved.
Don, from Voda of Lakeshore, was fantastic—professional, thorough, and clearly an expert at what he does. The results are night and day (check out the photos!). The house feels fresh again, and the stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. If you need a deep clean that actually works, ask for Don from Voda of Lakeshore!

Dima and his team are absolutely wonderful. They have opened and closed my pool for several years and they always do an incredible job. They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

When we moved into our house several years ago, we knew the pool would eventually need a significant investment. It looked like very little had been done to it for 10–15 years, and this year we were finally ready to take the plunge.

After doing our due diligence and speaking with a few other providers, we selected Dima and his crew to do the work. One of the things that stood out right away was his practical, straightforward approach. We knew we had a leak, but the first few providers we met with were hesitant to say much without first doing an expensive diagnostic inspection. I understand not wanting to overpromise, but when Dima came by, he pointed directly to the area where I suspected the leak was and said, essentially, “There it is - I can see it right there. No need to spend a bunch of money confirming what we can see with our own eyes.”

That experience has been consistent with how he works - he is direct, honest, and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.

The pool now looks great, with new tile, resurfacing, and updated mechanics. It is still April, so it is a little early for swimming, but we are looking forward to getting in soon!

DMV Pool Service recently renovated our pool and we are thrilled with the result. They replaced the tile, coping and plaster and the pool looks great! They have previously installed a heater for us and handle our general pool maintenance. Work is communicated clearly and done in a timely manner. We are very happy being able to just simply enjoy our pool and allowing DMV Pools to handle the rest.
