Dima and his team are absolutely wonderful. They have opened and closed my pool for several years and they always do an incredible job. They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

When we moved into our house several years ago, we knew the pool would eventually need a significant investment. It looked like very little had been done to it for 10–15 years, and this year we were finally ready to take the plunge.

After doing our due diligence and speaking with a few other providers, we selected Dima and his crew to do the work. One of the things that stood out right away was his practical, straightforward approach. We knew we had a leak, but the first few providers we met with were hesitant to say much without first doing an expensive diagnostic inspection. I understand not wanting to overpromise, but when Dima came by, he pointed directly to the area where I suspected the leak was and said, essentially, “There it is - I can see it right there. No need to spend a bunch of money confirming what we can see with our own eyes.”

That experience has been consistent with how he works - he is direct, honest, and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.

The pool now looks great, with new tile, resurfacing, and updated mechanics. It is still April, so it is a little early for swimming, but we are looking forward to getting in soon!

DMV Pool Service recently renovated our pool and we are thrilled with the result. They replaced the tile, coping and plaster and the pool looks great!
