Extremely happy with the service of Rod and his Easton,pa crew at Voda! This was a textbook job. Their appearance, professionalism, wall protectors, and shoe booties, Let you know in advance that you were going to get a perfect job. Everything about it was perfect, including air drying machines running to help dry the main areas while the steps were being done. Highly recommend their services!

These guys were awesome! They were so kind and good, very attentive to details. They helps me move all my furniture around so they could get all the carpet. They were able to come so fast from when I called, and on a weekend! And they were able to add on an extra space for cleaning and update my cost on the fly. I would recommend them to everyone I could! I think Edgar and Oscar were the two guys who came out, and for sure extra props to them for being so great!

Mike answered the phone right away and was able to book us for the very next day. Edgar, our technician, arrived on time and was incredibly friendly, courteous, and informative. His attention to detail was outstanding. He meticulously cleaned every carpet fiber and tile, moving furniture as needed to ensure he reached every area. He addressed all of our concerns on the spot and completely eliminated the odor from the carpet, leaving our entire first floor smelling fresh and amazing. The state-of-the-art equipment pulled out dirt and grime we did not even realize was there. The results were incredible. Our carpet and tiles look brand new. I was gifted a really dirty rug that had been in the garage for a few months and had some bad pet stains. Jonathan did an amazing job with his work and offered his advice on how to clean it best. Ita like new now, great work!

Freddy and his team were amazing! They were knowledgeable and professional, successfully removing stubborn pet odors from three types of flooring. All of the personnel at Voda are not only professional, they are super organized and genuine. I am grateful that I turned to Voda for a persistent problem that I could not handle on my own.

Walked into the kitchen to see a brown stain on the ceiling. Called up VODA and they were out quickly to assess the issue, identify the cause, and remediate the water. Clean, professional, and prompt quality service. I highly recommend them.

Their immediate response to my laundry room leak was very timely being that it occurred in the late afternoon. Fans were place by Kennith on Day 1.. The moisture levels around the lowered part of the walls indicated moisture behind the walls and moulding. He returned early the next day and assessed continued fan use was necessary. Day 2 Jeffery came to assess the moisture levels and repositioned the dehumidifier and fans directly to the problem area. DAY 3 today, Jeffrey returned, made the full assessment and with the monitor, showed the moisture levels were down to zero. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely recommend this company.

We had an amazing experience with Voda from the initial call with Destiny, to the free estimate by Aaron, to the end product by Jonathan and his teammate. Everyone was very cordial and patient with our questions, everything was scheduled quickly to meet our needs, and they worked some kind of magic to erase filtration lines to leave a brand new looking carpet. Kevin from the Lexington, SC office came to clean my great room that was stained badly. He was very informative and helpful. He didn’t think he could completely clean a certain area however it came out great! Wonderful experience, definitely will use again!

I moved a small end table to vacuum and found that it had not been moved and cleaned properly. I told him he didn’t have to move heavy stuff but I didn’t expect it to be left undone.

Love VODA! 3rd time we have used them for floors and carpets! My house smells so clean!!

I loved working with Voda to clean my couch. Aaron was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he would be doing and how much it would cost. He did a very thorough cleaning and even went back to touch up a few spots just to make sure. Extremely friendly customer service as well. I would highly recommend!

We hired Voda to handle the water damage-related cleanup and repair of our basement level. They were absolutely amazing! Every appointment was kept on-time, estimates were detailed and clear, and the work was excellent. For some portions of the work, they subcontracted out to another company but were still involved in the process and their subcontractor is one they have used for many years. They were also able to refer us to other companies for mold inspection, lead inspection, and waterproofing of an exterior wall - and those referrals were also on-time and did excellent work. If we would ever have water damage again, we would certainly hire Voda to handle it.
