Jonathan was great. Fantastic job making our office floor tiles shine. They look brand new. Extremely professional. Very courteous. I would highly recommend Voda, and especially Jonathan, to come to your home or office for your restoration needs.

Edgar and Oscar did an amazing job on our floors. They hadn't been professionally cleaned since we bought our home in 2007 and Edgar and Oscar made our floors look like new again! The first photo shows our old floors next to brand new floors that we had installed in our kitchen just this month.
We also sent our carpets out with Voda for deep cleaning and they will return them to us when finished.

Great Experience!!! On time and excellent work. Very professional. Highly recommend. If you are considering going with them for water damage, they did a great job and came after only a few hours from a middle of the night emergency. Grateful for the work and kindness.

Jeff and Dereck were phenomenal!! They are courteous, prompt, and incredibly thorough. My family feels ultra comfortable knowing that they have fully addressed all of our concerns. Jeff took extra time to explain the work his team had done and gave us tips for preventing issues in the future.

My experience with Voda Cleaning and Restoration was excellent! Voda provided water remediation services, as well as the necessary rebuild, following water damage to my apartment. One of the things that set Voda apart from other companies I was looking into at the time was Voda‘s transparency and communicativeness when it came to explaining the specifics of their approach. Before the team arrived, Voda explained exactly what I should expect, and it was the team’s willingness to answer questions and make sure I was informed and comfortable that really made all the difference during what was a stressful time. The team was thorough in their remediation, bringing all of the right equipment, and worked quickly and thoroughly to mitigate the damage. This was also the case when we entered the rebuild phase of the project to patch removed drywalls, paint said walls, and replace flooring, through Monumental Flooring LLC who also provided a great service. Damage to the home is stressful and time sensitive. Knowing that I was working with a communicative, honest, thorough, and diligent company that was quick to follow through on all aspects of the job, including speaking to my insurance company, helped alleviate that stress. I highly recommend them to anyone and would be glad to use them again in the future. Thank you Voda for all of the great work!

I do my homework before hiring for a job. VODA had the best reviews and recommendations. I can't say enough about the job and the COST. The piping on my sump became detached shot muddy water on the side of two walls and a large area around my sump pump, it was a MESS. Sal was the technician that did the job. Sal left everything spotless. I was charged $300 for a 2 1/2 hour job. Everyone I spoke with were professional and knowledgeable. I'm 72 yrs young and have been thru MANY jobs, this team is AMAZING.

I can’t recommend Voda enough! I bought a home that needed A LOT of work, and Dave, Ronnie, and Al took it on with no problem. The previous owners were smokers and had several pets, so there was a strong odor throughout the house — but Voda took care of it completely. Now it smells like a brand-new home!

Dave was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process — not to mention so kind. Ronnie and Al were just as wonderful — professional, friendly, and they got the job done perfectly. They made me feel so confident about my home purchase, and the results speak for themselves. The house looks amazing, and I couldn’t thank them enough for all their hard work!

Voda helped our family restore our basement after multiple, overlapping, and unrelated water incidents. Junior and Jeffrey, on separate occasions, gave us very reasonable quotes on remediation--ensuring our home was fixed without charging for extra, unnecessary work. Mike and Joe in the office answered many, many of our questions patiently and expertly.

Voda's initial price was multiples less than a competitor and was very reasonable, even after an additional incident required a major adjustment.

Edgar was extremely efficient and flexible. He did an excellent job. I have given his name and the Voda company to some friends for their homes. Would recommend them for your home needs.

We had a great experience with Edgar. What started with a sofa cleaning which he did a phenomenal job at, we ended up with carpet cleaning. Both were done to our satisfaction. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I don't think I've dealt with a more professional service in the NOVA area. They were able to make time to come out a couple of days earlier than we had expected to check out some mold and water damage, and Joe was able to answer all of my questions. They provided a very reasonable quote and were able to correspond with my insurance quickly. They were exceptionally clean and tidy in the remediation and used top notch equipment. I will definitely be using them again.

2nd time working with Voda and they are great! They’re very cautious and helpful. I hope they are getting paid exactly what they deserve, and if they don’t let this be sign to bless them because they work hard! I wouldn’t have done it with out them. Trust me I was stressing.

I had some limited time over the holidays and decided to get my older mattress professionally cleaned. Reached out to several companies via Google, VODA responded almost immediately, provided a quote, and the service was provided the same day. I should have requested a breakdown of the quote prior to the service. I live in a second floor condo on the corner of the building and block, with street visibility on two sides and a French door in the bedroom and a sliding glass door in the kitchen area. Previous contractors ran hoses out those doors to their trucks on the street, for both duct and carpet cleaning. VODA however, charged me a "Portable Cleaning Equipment Charge" of "$100.00 for units/apartments that cannot be reached with the truck-mount system - per service". I did not have that information until two days after I received and paid for the service, when VODA sent an electronic invoice. They of course added a few dollars when the technician arrived for stain spot treatments and last but not least, my name was spelled incorrectly on all correspondence.

Overall most of the stains were removed and it looks pretty good, but I won't be using them again.

Update 01/13/2026: VODA management reached out to me and refunded the $100 "Portable Cleaning Equipment Charge" (and spelled my name correctly). I appreciate that level of customer service and added another "star" to their rating.

The crew that came out was very detailed.
We called in after traditional hours and they were responsive to get us the right people to the property.

They explained the process and made it simple to work with. I'll recommend this company to anyone who is looking for water or mold restoration in the DMV.

Disappointed overall. Firstly, "Restoration" is in the name but was told they could not restore some minor tears. Next, it cost me over $400 to clean 2 pieces of furniture - sleeper sofa and loveseat. This felt high to me and received a bare minimum job. They worked for maybe an hour. I found a dozen smudges, dirt, and clumps of hair still in areas afterward. They offered to come clean again to make up for it but I'd already taken care of it myself. I asked for some reimbursement - they negotiated the amount. They also tried to upsell me at every corner. All of that aside - scheduling was easy enough and the crew was friendly and arrived on time and did offer some semblance of customer support afterward. Still, overall not a great customer experience for me.

This is my second time using this company. First time was to have my hardwood floors cleaned and this time was to have my carpets cleaned. In both instances, I found their service to be top-notch as well as reasonably priced. My service tech this last time was Edgar and he was timely, professional and courteous. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Voda did an excellent job cleaning my beloved living room area rug at a reasonable price. Aaron was professional, courteous, called before he arrived, and explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. My Rug looks great and they will definitely be my go to Cleaning and restoration business going forward.

Jonathan did a great job cleaning my tile floors. They look almost brand new and are 25 yrs old. He was polite, professional and friendly. I would use Voda again.

I recently experienced flooding at my home and researched several restoration companies before choosing Voda Cleaning and Restoration. They stood out due to their overwhelmingly positive reviews, and while I know online reviews can sometimes be misleading, my experience fully confirmed their strong reputation.
They responded immediately and were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Anytime I called with a question, I received clear and helpful answers. Even though my project took place during a winter storm, the technicians arrived as scheduled, completed the work efficiently, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time.

I would just like to thank VODA RESTORATION TEAM! We had a pipe burst which flooded our basement. I talked to Daniel and he sent his team out to us very quickly. They extracted the water, cut out compromised drywall, cleaned, sanitized, and dried everything out. Very professional team and very good work! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend VODA highly enough. They handled mold remediation in my home during an incredibly stressful situation, especially with insurance being difficult and uncooperative. From the very beginning, they stepped in and helped manage not just their portion of the job, but even aspects that were outside of their scope.

Joe was absolutely amazing. He took over the project after another company had completely dropped the ball, and he handled everything with professionalism, dedication, and care. He went above and beyond to navigate the challenges we were facing and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. He even helped connect me with other contractors for roofing and asbestos remediation, which was a huge help.

Joe and his entire team truly went the extra mile. Everyone at VODA has been wonderful to work with, even the receptionists were consistently helpful and kind whenever I called in.

If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares and stands by their work, I highly recommend VODA. They made a very difficult situation so much easier to handle. I'm looking forward to working with them on my rebuild too.
