November 30th 2017, I wasted a day waiting for this company to neither call nor show up for their scheduled time. I guess they had a problem meeting their 8 hour window.

I called and asked if he does estimates. I was met with "I dont do nothing for free!" That's not what I asked & he came back with attitude! NO THANKS

Steve is THE person to call when your appliances act up. His knowledge is vast and if it can be fixed, he's the guy to do it! Have been using him for years and am never disappointed.

I bought 2 sets of used washer and dryers and a new refrigerator with a few dents. They have been great to me and helped me with any other problems I had with my existing appliances

It is a true value to know who to call when something breaks. Today, 1/31/19, our D/W is now running. It had an "OE" error so we called Mr. G who after we explained the symptom said that he had the part on hand and would be out to repair the machine as soon as the schedule allowed. Mr. G has repaired two other "new" appliances that the warranty techs from the big box stores could not accomplish after several tries and lots of parts. His service is well worth the price. JAH

Steve was fast and reasonably priced. Fixed a problem with my fridge that no one had ever heard of before….And did it quickly, and cost effectively. Thanks!

I was having problems for the last several months with my Samsung front loader. I contacted Fisher Appliance of Manassas which has done work for me in the past. Fishers referred me to Manassas Appliance Repair as Fisher's focus is on Maytags....and I'm glad they did.
Steve, a very affable guy, kept me updated on his arrival time at the house so I could do my thing until he got there. Throughout the service call Steve kept me apprised on his progress and showed me what was going on with the washer. He was very knowledgable about the machine and let me know which parts I needed to be aware of that may cause problems in the future. His price was very reasonable - and did not pad his earnings with unnecessary work......unlike another appliance repair company that charged me $140 to balance the machine - which was never balanced. I refused to have that company back to my house after that scam.
I would highly recommend Manassas Appliance Repairs. -
Steve is such an awesome guy. He keeps you informed, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and he is a genuinely nice guy. He fixed our dryer and refrigerator, after ordering the parts needed, in less than an hour. I highly recommend you calling Manassas Appliance Repair for any appliance repair you may need. Thank you Steve!!!!

I called Manassas Appliance Repair on Thursday to enquire on the repair of my Bosch dishwasher. I talked to Steve Glaze. Steve told me to leave my dishwasher’s breaker off for 4 days to clear the error code I was getting. This worked great, I’ve done 2 loads, and it works great! Outstanding customer service! Manassas Appliance Repair has my business from now on. 5 Stars!

My washer broke and the manufacturer said it was a safety concern so they were planning to do a courtesy visit. They were completely booked for the next month, so they sent the repair to Manassas Appliance Repair. I waited to receive the call to schedule an appointment, but after the 48 hour window was up I called this repair shop to check on the status. The guy who answered the phone was so rude. He essentially said if I paid for the visit out of pocket he could be there the following business day, but otherwise he was not going to make time to come out for a warranty visit. I am in desperate need of the washer, so I would have paid the $75 for him to come out, but after the way he spoke to me, there was no way I was going to give him a cent.

Excellent service! Fixed my LG washer. Had the parts on hand and was honest and trustworthy. They also cleaned out my dryer vent which I had no idea could've caused a fire. I highly recommend this company and will use in the future.

First of all, Steve is very responsive and reliable, I will say that! He showed up the very next day to fix my sensor valve on my washer. The problem I had was the cost. It was only about 150 less than just buying a new washer! I wish he would have been upfront with me prior to the visit about his pricing, letting me know I could get a new one for not much more than he was charging me! I had a plumber here the day before, replaced multiple parts (one a new shutoff valve for that same washer and a couple parts to fix disposal). Plumber was here for 4 hours, and it included running going to the store at least twice to get parts, and charged me only 100 more than Steve did, and Steve was here for maybe 30 minutes! When he told me the price, he wouldn't even look me in the eye when I asked him why it was so expensive. I really felt 'taken to the cleaners'.

I contacted this company to service my Speed Queen washer. Unfortunately, I am about an hour from their location and outside of the service area. However, I explained my situation and issue with the washer, and the gentlemen searched the error code and offered solutions to repair my machine. I truly appreciate the time and effort given by this company. Highly recommend Manassas Appliance Repair!

75 years of experience very knowledgeable but his customer service and communication skills are not on par.
So with 75 years of experienced and I really thought he knew exactly what he was doing.
He spoke right over me when trying to communicate to him about my concerns with my washer. I stated I wanted to know how much he charge to look at it, because the washer was so old I didn't want to put money into a repair if it wasn't an easy fix. He said it wouldn't be a problem and he wouldn't do anything if he didn't think it was worth it. He came same day of call, said he take a look, next thing I know he "fixed" it but couldn't guarantee how long it would last, since it was old and rusted. Charged me 175 for a fix I didn't agree to, but I figured okay if it's fixed and least buy me some time to save up for a new one (least a month crossing fingers more). Well same day I tried a load and no luck, it was not fixed. Long story short, he didn't communicate and was not sure at all what was wrong with it. I called him back and he stated he could return to look at it again, but again explained if he couldn't fix didn't know what was wrong, I would just buy new one. He sent back 60, so charged 125. I wonder now had I just been more insistent on him just looking would he had charged less. -
He did a great job figuring out the problem and fixing it the same day. The price was great too.

Mr. Glaze was very responsive and willing to help. He worked me into his work schedule the same morning I called to help me diagnose a GE washer door lock problem. He correctly diagnosed the problem was likely with the control board. I bought the new board online and replaced it myself -- problem fixed!
