The technician, Omar, is truly jack of all trades! My dryer now works perfectly and my washing machine is no more shaking. He also did a deep cleaning for my washer which I never knew it could be that filthy!
All in all, just WORK with him!

My sister called Mohammad about her front load washing machine. I am the landlord for her property. He came out and diagnosed the problem and said it would cost too much to fix, it would be better just to buy a new one. All went well regarding his service. The problem is that I went to work at 6:30 PM and it sounds like he wouldn’t bill her and refused to leave her house until she paid him. She did not have it readily available. Between the two of them I missed 13 calls before I finally excused myself from my client and answered, and sent him money by Zelle. He did not provide my sister with a receipt. He stated he had been in the business for 14 years, and one would think that somebody that’s been in business that long, they’ve had to bill a Landlord before. My sister was crying because he was refusing to leave her home and it scared her. I texted him the next day asking for a receipt and crickets… That was a week ago. So, no record of the $200 I paid him.

I called these people to cancel an appointment. The man who picked up the phone just hung up without confirming. He seems a bit emotional, be wary of someone like this. Prob over charge you or sneak stuff in. Weirdo

5 Stars – Excellent Washer and Dryer Cleaning Service!

We recently had our washer and dryer professionally cleaned by Mohammed from Delta Appliances Repair Services, and the service was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable.

We’re very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Delta Appliances Repair Services to anyone needing professional appliance cleaning. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish!

The customer serivce is helpful and friendlty, however I strongly question the competency for their technicians: the technician came to my place to look at a Viking range. Didn't know how to locate the serial number, I had to help him with that (first red flag). After looking quickly at the stove, he told me he would have to look up for the part, and didn't have the time to do it here, so he would contact me later (he never did). When I called back the company, they told me the part was discontinued (I bought my range in 2021) - end of story. They couldn't give me the part number, I had to call a second time to learn it. And I had to pay $75 for this lack of service.
Finally had a second company come and take a look. They were able to identify the missing part in 5 min and communicate immediately a quote for the replacement to occur within a week. A much better experience than the Delta Appliances Repair one.

worst experience ever. I booked an appointment for a tech to come out and check my fridge. He came looked at the error code & said it was the freezer fan motor. claimed he had to order the part & I had to pay $200 up front then $165 after he put the part on. waited over a week for the part to come in, then I finally get a call that the part came in & I still had to wait because the technician was in vacation. I waited til he came back he came to install the part I paid him the money he left without even checking the refrigerator. I gave it a whole day to just see if it needed to reset. & nothing so I call back now they say I have to wait til after the weekend because the technician is off on weekends. I guess they only have one employee. so I wait til today which is when they said he’d come out and check it and I call them & they said he’s not coming to check anything. they’re waiting for their boss to see if I can get a refund. & not even a full one. after 3 weeks of these people playing with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS IF I COULD. this place and their service was the worse I ever experienced in life. please save your time and money. Do not call them.

Wow, thank you so much for your hard work Mohammad! Delta Appliances Repair Services saved me tons of money. I was ready to buy new appliances. First I called to fix my dryer. Mohammad arrived on time, courteous, professional and was able to figure out right away what was wrong with my dryer. He was able to get the part and fix my dryer door and it is working beautifully! I decided that I will give him other Appliances that needed to be fixed while he was here at my house. I asked to also fix my dishwasher, in which he was able to fix that as well for a reasonable price. I am so glad I did not replace my dishwasher. I also went ahead and had Mohammad fixed my washing machine at one of my rental property. He is so honest, he went to the rental property and looked at the washing machine which was not working, he found out That the reason it was not working, there was a sock that got stuck inside the washing machine, therefore not allowing the washing machine to work. He is extremely honest and did not charge me for removing and fixing the washing machine. I am grateful and I would recommend Delta appliances repair services to all my families and friends. I would definitely hire Delta appliances repair services again! Thank you again Mohammad!

Mohammad was great! He's very professional, has extremely fair pricing, and could come to take a look at my washing machine very quickly which was much appreciated. He's also just a nice guy in general. He fixed the mess I had made with duct tape on my dryer vent too! Highly recommend!
