Outstanding Professional world class service on my whole house Generac Generator! Joshua Service Manager and Brittany Service Coordinator in the Benfield Electric Generac Generator department scheduled quickly and efficiently both Service Technicians being James Cox and Tony Huffman coordinating the appointments with my tenant. James Cox and Tony Huffman are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and quickly preformed the needed repair and replacements to maintain the Generac Generator replacing which included a radiator and sensor so that it is in perfect working condition at an affordable price for the work! I have never worked with a more professional customer-centric team!! I highly recommend the Benfield Electric Team for your Generac Generator service needs!! Simply outstanding!!

Kenny with Benfield Electric Co performed maintenance on our home generator today. He was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend him. Benfield provided texts to let us know when Kenny would be here- which added to the overall convenience. Benfield originally installed the generator and have maintained it. It is such a relief to have when the power goes out. Highly recommend

Darryl came out this morning to do an estimate for a Generac generator and installation. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous he did a good job running through the details. Followed up with the estimate same day.
Unfortunately, pricing was a bit high.

Benfield Electric is top notch. I called for a generator service and diagnostic evaluation. Kenny was dispatched, and he was very knowledgeable and quickly got the generator running and diagnosed the problem immediately! From the time I called and spoke with Emily, everyone I talked to and worked with was courteous, personable and professional. Very pleased!

Darryl was very professional and did a great job of explaining the process. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions as I knew very little about the installation and operation of the generator. I would rate Darryl as an outstanding representative of Benfield Electric.

David was able to come by my property an hour after I called the office for an appointment. David was only supposed to stop by to get the information off of my generator but ended up inspecting the unit further while he was on site and actually was able to get my system up and running while ge was there. He certainly did not have to take the extra time to help me out. But he did. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Excellent professional service from the office support to people in the field. We’ve had Benfield for more than 10 years. Recently we had a significant problem late at night on a weekend and they were right on the spot with a great technician, James Cox, who was able to fix the issue and restore power.

We met with Adam Dressler this morning for an initial meeting regarding issues with our battery backup power system. Adam was prompt, professional and knowledgeable of ghe product and the services we need. He did a great job and we look forward to working with him further. I will definitely recommend him and his company to friends and neighbors in need to service.

As an update, Adam was back out to service our battery backup system. As always he was on time, prompt and very professional. He was quick and resolved our issue quickly. He and his company are our go-to group for this service and we will use them again in the future as necessary. Adam is just an outstanding guy and understands these systems fully. If anyone has a similar system, I recommend Adam and Benfield without hesitation.

We are exploring requirements for the installation of as whole-home generator. Darryl arrived as the Benfield representative to answer our questions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. All my questions were addressed as well as other issues I had not thought about. I felt very comfortable working with him and look forward to a continued association regarding our possible installation. Strongly recommend him to anyone seeking questions on Generac installations.

The Technicians at Benfield are terrific. They know what they are doing and they get the job done, quickly. I love having my whole house generator, and I love knowing that it’s always ready to come on as soon as we lose power in the Neighborhood. If you have a whole house generator, I highly recommend Benfield Electric for its maintenance. If you don’t have a whole house generator, I highly recommend getting one.

Darryl was first of all professional but also friendly and obviously well-versed in the business. He thoroughly examined and took into consideration all the work necessary to get a generator installed. Highly recommend!

David Brown and his assistant provided generator service and maintenance per our annual contract. He was prompt, friendly, and thorough. David answered all of my questions. (New Post 24 Oct 2025) Devin Sarvis installed our Whole Home Surge Protector and a water/weatherproof electrical box ceiling fan box with all the associated connectors to ensure our underdecking drainage system wouldn't cause future electrical issues. Devin was very professional and addressed my concerns. I would recommend Devin and Benfield Electric for my future home electrical concerns. 5 Stars!!!!
