I have had Sulma clean my house for over 15 years her and her crew do an amazing job and are very reliable. I recommended her to family and many friends. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t use them. I talked to the owner about cleaning my apartment. She told me her price and she said she will come at 8 am the next day. Then she contacted me changes the time to 7 am. When her crew came they didn’t even have the mop to clean the hardwood and they changed the price to double of what was agreed. Then they left. Save your self your time and energy. They are not professional.

Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I've had with a cleaning service. I made it very clear from the start that I want consistency with price and we came to an agreed price. I've scheduled them 4 times and they only ended up coming once due to them either forgetting, pushing it back to an unreasonable time or changing price. The last time they wanted to increase the agreed upon amount so i canceled. If you schedule with them, be sure to free up your whole day and get ready to waste a lot of time arguing.

There a good bit confusion during the move in/out process of our home that Sulma was hired to clean. She was hired to do a move out cleaning, when we arrived there were bugs and cobwebs all over the hosue, lose debris, and grime. She claimed that the tenants had her clean, then they moved out, which is why things were messy. However, that conflicts with the timeline the previous tenants provided and the overall lack of attention to detail. We had to have Sulma return to clean again. However, it was not a deep clean and had to go back and clean again ourselves. She made it seem like it was a hassle to have these sanitary standards which controdicted owning a cleaning company. I would not reccomend this business. Was more pain than it was worth and we did a better job cleaning ourselves than a "professional".

Sulma has been providing monthly house cleanings for us for the last 4 years. Her and her employees are always efficient and thorough (they even clean under the couch cushions, which is a place that can get pretty gross when you’re living with three kids under the age of five 😅). I recommend her to everyone!

The crew that cleaned my home this morning were very punctual and professional. They were very polite, kind and thorough. They did an amazing job, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future!

I don’t recommend this company to anyone! First cleaning was great but after that , they did a horrible job, the ladies are talking loudly all the time and chatting ( I’m not sure if they were arguing last time) and they don’t put anything back to it original place.. they didn’t even clean.. the house was more miss after they left and bad smell was in the bathrooms! They didn’t even did a good vacuum at least! Negative energy and they missed up our place to the point! So disappointed and even after explaining to the manager Sulmas she didn’t do anything but said sorry! No refund, no cleaning repeat and not even a try to fix the dirt and miss they did to my house!

The house always looks incredibly immaculate after they clean, they are always very professional and the price is excellent. On more than one occasion we asked if they could clean behind the oven and fridge and they were happy to accommodate. We are busy professionals working from home because of the pandemic and have even asked them to come more frequently and we are so glad we did because we have a lot less stress and the house looks gorgeous ...we would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone!

Undoubtedly, the experience with this cleaning service proved to be highly disappointing and far from satisfactory. The trio of ladies sent to my residence arrived 40 minutes later than the scheduled time. Their approach appeared hasty, giving the impression that they prioritized speed over the quality of their work. Upon inspection, I discovered an uncleared refrigerator, a greasy dishwasher surface, and windows that were only half-cleaned.

When I questioned one of the cleaners about the incomplete window job, she astonishingly informed me that her instructions were to clean only one side of the window. According to her, sliding the window and cleaning the other side was not part of their service – a claim that is hard to believe, yet was precisely what she conveyed to me.

Before payment, I spoke with their supervisor, who was perhaps one of the most disagreeable individuals I've ever had the misfortune to converse with. Despite my dissatisfaction with the substandard service, the supervisor defended their practices, stating that cleaning the other side of the window was not part of a deep-clean and even suggested that I should be grateful the cleaner had done so upon my request.

When I made it clear that the service provided did not meet my expectations of a deep clean, the supervisor dismissed me with a nonchalant "whatever" and abruptly ended the call. It seems their primary concern is to finish the job hastily, collect payment, and move on, with no regard for the quality of their work.

If you are seeking a cleaning company that genuinely prioritizes quality and responsible service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

These reviews are clearly fake. Sulma does not keep her word on the cleaning thoroughness and does not show up on time. The level of quality is not on point. She also stained my kitchen appliances with whatever chemicals she used and told me that it would be okay. If you need someone to do a one time cleaning, than this company may be your option, due to the cheap pricing compared to other companies. But if you have a nice home and value your different materials and surfaces your home has, do not use this company. I also checked the Virginia state business board and do not see this as even a legit company.

I hired this cleaning service for my parents home. They are older now and struggle to maintain and clean their home. While visiting, I noticed that their floor was covered in dust/dirt, their cabinets were stained with foods and oils, their windows were stained, bathrooms were dirty, appliances stained, etc. I called Sulma’s for a deep clean and the level of professionalism and expectations were met. Not only were they on time, they were early and prepared with 2-3 cleaners on hand. The cleaners were very quick yet detailed with their work. They managed to wipe EVERY surface, clean windows, bathrooms, appliances (inside and out), couches, furniture, and thoroughly cleaned the tiled floors which was needed for the home. They cleaners were very determined and focused from beginning to end of the appointment. I am in awe from how well they managed to tackle the mess and will definitely be calling them back for future jobs.

I have been a customer for several months. From deep clean, to standard bi-weekly clean, to move-out clean, she has always done right by me. Her team are hard workers and trustworthy professionals. Thanks to Sulma's Home Cleaning, I come home to a clean beautiful home. I appreciate her hard work and look forward to continuing business together.

I had a very pleasant experience with sulmas house cleaning service. The people are very friendly and hard working. They cleaned my house THOROUGHLY I almost didn’t recognize it. The price is fair. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond. They come with a smile and leave with a smile. I love the work they did for me and I will definitely call them again if I need more services from them in the future.

Contacted Sulma about a cleaning I needed for my apartment. She had a group out within 30 min to my place. The ladies were great, worked fast and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them for a cleaning, will definitely be asking to be put on their regular schedule.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this specific business! Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve received for my house. Sulma and her staff did an amazing job and were extremely nice and professional! They helped me with a moving out cleaning and were extremely efficient from start to finish. I recommend her to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

I want to start off by saying that I do not recommend them to anyone in need of a proper house cleaning. I called sulma to scheduale a cleaning she said it would be 120$ for the kitchen, living room area, my downstairs bedroom and bathroom. I agreed and told them to come the next day. Upon their arrival the two ladies especially the shorter one acted like she was on a rush the whole time. She was basically not trying to clean properly, moving my belongings everywhere pushing them aside and basically cleaning the floors and counter tops as fast as she possibly could. The other lady moved my couch and put a deep scratch on my wood floor! They later had the audacity to suggest I should pay them more than what was agreed over the phone. Was it worth it to clean my home in exchange for this damage?

I am furious.

Calling this a “deep clean” is straight-up disrespectful. They vacuumed the floor and left. That’s it. No wiping. No scrubbing. No bathrooms. No kitchen. No dusting. Nothing. My apartment looks exactly the same, just with carpet lines like a bad prank.

What did you deep clean? The air??
Surfaces are still dirty. Grime is still there. I paid real money for this—hard-earned money—for what amounts to a five-minute lazy drive-by.

This wasn’t incompetence, it was audacity. If you’re going to scam people, at least don’t label it “deep cleaning.” Absolute joke of a service. Save your money. I want a refund and an apology. Never. Ever. Again. 😡
