I’ve been using Two Maids for the past couple of months, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are always punctual, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need to make changes or ask a question. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they make sure everything is done thoroughly and efficiently.
It’s such a relief knowing I can rely on them to keep my home spotless and well cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and professional housekeeping services!

Two Maids cleaned my apartment between tenants. It had been left very dirty. I had planned to have the carpets steam cleaned. However, the women made the carpets look very nice and that is no longer needed. The vents throughout the apartment were very dirty. The women got them clean.
The apartment feels fresh and clean now. Two Maids did an amazing job! It is easy to schedule a cleaning and communicate with the owner. I have used this service several times previously and have been consistently impressed. I highly recommend Two Maids!

First clean with two maids, Fran and Vivian went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I have a10 month old that lives on the floor and everything is now sparkling for her. Very reasonable pricing!

Diana and Mena recently did a move out clean for me. They did a wonderful job. The bathrooms were sparkling as if brand new. The kitchen was done well and the refrigerator also looked new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing all-around.

-Pricing is satisfactory
-Service is thorough and staff have great initiative
-Staff are very friendly and courteous
-Head office does gymnastics to ensure client accommodations and scheduling
-Staff are always on time (if anything very early but are willing to wait and don’t cause inconveniences)

Notably, Erica, Fran, Kaylee, and Sara are just incredible. They have treated my home as if it was theirs and their honesty/integrity of their services speak for itself. I never have to worry and can work while they work their magic.

I’ve tried other companies over the years but there’s always some issue with disproportionate pricing vs.service/labor, or staff availability to ensure thoroughness. Two Maids literally assign two team members and it seems as if they can do the job of three or more. Very impressed.

Thank you to Two Maids for taking care of my home. Looking forward to a relationship for years to come. Please take care of your employees.

Two Maids all work as a Team. No matter what Ladies come to your home; they seem to be in complete communication and control of your home.
My points:
Today my husband and I had Kary and Vivian.
-all hardwood are shining and looks like new
-ceramic floors are pristine
- carpets vacuumed completely
-all furniture polished
-all pillows lined up
-kids bedroom: all stuffed animals organized cutely
- master bedroom, throws made in bows
-kitchen, every counter and device cleaned
And our oven looks like new as our stove
-home put back together better than I would arrange

Kelly and Viviana were great. They welcomed my feedback and I appreciate the time and care they took in my home. Everything was refreshed and it smelled great when they left. Can't wait for the next service!

We had a very disappointing experience with Two Maids of Manassass after moving out of the service area for Two Maids of Chantilly. We were promised the same team would service our house each visit but this was never the case, some teams did a great job, but some did not provide an acceptable standard of cleaning, care, or integrity.

One team broke a part of our blinds (accidents happen) and instead of reporting the incident decided to scotch tape it back together which promptly fell apart about an hour after I got home. The part in question cost $2 to replace, not at all an issue, but the lack of integrity to report the incident didn't sit right with us.

Another crew left after 90 minutes, which is about half the time it typically takes to clean our 4,000sq house. After speaking with the owners, they did provide a complimentary make up clean to address the areas left dirty. The owners are receptive and responsive to feedback, which is appreciated.

The final straw was when the cleaning crew left our door dead bolted OPEN after leaving which we did not discover until we returned home almost 5 hours later. We are incredibly lucky our dog wasn't home and we live in a safe neighborhood but as a mom of small children, I cannot trust my home to this company anymore.

After giving this location many chances we no longer felt we could trust the quality and service and have ended our monthly cleaning.

Fran and Teresa were sweet and did an amazing job! Super efficient! They took a shower door you couldn’t see through and made it clear and sparkling!
Quick, efficient, and frankly one of the best house cleanings I’ve had ever. Super thorough and well worth it!

Kaylee and Sarai were excellent! They are thoughtful and detailed in all their cleaning! Can’t wait to have them back again soon! Oh and our cat Bella loves them!

Two Maids has been a lifesaver! With our families’s busy schedule and constant travel it’s so nice to come home to a clean home. The crew is always professional, easy to communicate with, respectful and do an excellent job every time they come. I highly recommend them!

Never - Never use this service. They are terrible. They lie about what they use to clean and don't do a thorough job. Pretty bad when you still have to clean after they have left...
