I had a wonderful experience with Cardinal Services. The two employees who came to my home were very polite, professional, and careful with everything they did. They took their time to make sure no other furniture or surrounding areas were damaged while they worked, which I really appreciated.

They cleaned our white couch, which had noticeable pet stains and odor, and I am amazed at the results. Every stain is completely gone, and the couch now looks and smells fresh and clean. There is absolutely no trace of pet odor anymore. They also cleaned a carpet that was soiled, and it now looks beautiful and smells great.

The team was punctual, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they finished. It is clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend Cardinal Services for anyone looking for quality, professional cleaning. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Two maids and a mop have done an amazing job on my Apartment and it was a big mess due to my health issues being in the hospital and Running a family Business with two kids it has been a difficult task trying to keep my apartment clean. Two maids and a mop has done a wonderful job with deep cleaning my bathrooms scrubbing everything. I came home and my house was over the top clean and I didn’t have to worry about a thing when I got home. It felt nice coming home to a clean house and the maids had really done a wonderful job. I really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend them top 10. They are very understanding and so nice and that makes you feel very comfortable with them. Thank you!

The overall experience was ok. I paid over $400 for services and only got 2 hours worth of my new move out cleaning. They even missed a drawer thst was filthy from the previous owners. I expected things to be spotless and they were not.

My trash in two bathrooms was not taken out, the basement floor was not mopped and the primary bathroom was not 100% clean. There was debris dried on on one counter and the floor around the toilet was not cleaned. There was dust and hair left in the corners. I had mentioned this at my last clean and was told it would be addressed and not happen again. When I first started using Two Maids and a Mop trey were fantastic paying attention to details, not so much. They have a hard time keeping their employees. At this point I do not recommend them as I am not satisfied with my clean. The price is not commensurate to the cleanliness of my home.

Im very satisfied with my service from Maritza and Teresa this week. They completed all the tasks on my list and then some within the time I booked. Highly recommend!

My family has always been happy when we come home a house cleaned by Martiza and Teresa! They are a great team who consistently do a thorough cleaning and are professional, trustworthy and friendly. There is never a spot missed. If we have to reschedule- Maritza and Teresa are the only ladies we want to come clean and we will wait for their schedule to open to reschedule. Have been using 2 maids and a mop for several years...crews are kind and thorough. If something isn't right they fix it...no questions. They are on time for their appointments and listen to what's important to us.

Two maids cleaning is a life-saver. Kaylee and Francesca came out and did a phenomenal job. I recently had back surgery and have been restricted to my activities but they came and did a beautiful job and eased my sense of being overwhelmed. Will be scheduling their services again!

I pretty much judged Two Maids to be awesome when I got the presentation/quote packet after I emailed them for a quote. I love that I got all the information in a way that I could read at my leisure, and it didn't feel pushy or salesy. I wish I had the option to get emails OR text, but they seem to opt you into text.

The ladies arrived about 20 min early and finished the deep clean in about 2.5 hrs. We mainly had heavy dust, and the bathrooms we used the most were the dirtiest parts. The house smelled and looked great after. There could've been a bit more detail paid to some pictures and little furniture (lamps/pics) that I thought could've been dusted better, but overall, they did a great job. I wish I would've thought to do before/after pics, but let's face it, nobody needs to see how dirty my tub got 😂.

Great job. I really appreciate the ease of booking and quality staff of Two Maids Manassas. Our house has never sparkled as much and the price was far better than the other companies in the area I got quotes from. We won’t hesitate to use you guys in the future!

I didn’t get to meet the team in person but I came back to a wonderfully clean home. Perfect communication leading all the way up to the appointment and after. I also liked the ease of paying for the service and the multiple cleaning options. The emailed brochure was a nice touch - it explained their process clearly. Everything was put back neatly and the door was locked securely. I would definitely use this service again.

So I’ve taken my time before writing a review, wanting to make sure that I was writing it objectively and not just out of utter frustration. Company was coming and with our busy schedule we needed to have a deep clean. In speaking to the booking assistant, we explained that we had not had time to dust the blinds, the tops of fans, the tops of shelves, so we had an expectation that all the windowsills be dusted, the bookcases and mop boards, on top of the usual of bathrooms, Dust, mop, floors, kitchen countertops, All included in a typical “deep clean“.We were assured that this was all completely doable, however it would go over their usual time for a deep clean. So we paid extra for the recommended time allowance of two and a half hours. We were astonished and asked again with all of these things that can all be accomplished in that timeframe? And we’re assured, absolutely it could.
We came home to absolutely none of the blinds being dusted or the windowsills. One bedroom still had cobwebs in the corner and dust on the fan. Some mop boards had obviously been dusted in the hallways, but not in all of the rooms. One of the extras that we had asked for was to clean the refrigerator And when we called to inquire why, none of the dusting or the refrigerator have been clean, we were told that the refrigerator needed to be emptied by us before it could be cleaned that they would not do that which we were not informed of prior to anybody coming. We were assured that a full 2 1/2 hours had been utilized and perhaps the maids had run out of time with our extensive list of requests, which absolutely was not the case. We have a ring system as well as a Google home system which records when people come in the house and when they leave and the maids were not here more than an hour and 15 minutes, literally half the time that we paid for. Absolutely no refund was offered nor adjustment to the bill even though we had evidence that they had not fulfilled their end of the contract. Very disappointing will not use again nor will we recommend this service to others.

The experience so far has been great! It is very helpful to have a direct contact with a manager at the company, who I can text at any time with questions, and the cleaning crew did a great job yesterday, which was the first visit. They were also very fast - there were three of them and they were done in just one hour (1 bedroom condo). They also arrived exactly as planned. The agreed arrival window was 10:30am-11:30am, and they rang the doorbell at 10:29am. That was impressive. I am happy with the results so far and look forward to future visits!

Two Maids is a well organized and trustworthy operation. The owner was highly communicative to not only me (the client) but the maids as well. For example, our house had a sudden water issue and I was immediately made aware and together worked on a solution. The 40 year old house was in major need of a good cleaning! The job was done on schedule and above and beyond expectations! Highly recommend.

Keeping my home tidy and clean is usually a room-by-room process spread out over several days—and it’s frustrating that I can’t manage it all at once. Living with teenagers who leave cabinet doors open and scatter little debris fields everywhere certainly doesn’t help.

I wanted every room to have that fresh, “just cleaned” feel all at the same time—and Two Maids and a Mop delivered exactly that, even tackling my teens’ bathrooms.

I couldn’t be happier.

Bonus: They changed the sheets on my bed and paid close attention to the details. I have three laundry hampers in my room—one for darks, one for whites,
one for delicates. They placed the white sheets in the whites hamper and the silk(-ish?) pillowcase in the delicates. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out.

Two Maids did an excellent job cleaning my three-level home. They were quick, yet very thorough and super friendly. Maritza and Tereza were amazing. I was very impressed and will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family!
