Very easy appointment process. Corey showed up on time and was friendly and professional. Received text messages updating me through the whole process prior to showing up.

I help my mom manage her household and have worked with Brooks Heating & Air over the last few years. All the techs that have come through have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. Although I can't always be present at the 6 month system checks, the techs always call me to discuss their visit. They provide estimates on the spot and they are very thorough. The office staff has also been very responsive and always remind me of our service needs. I have found that very helpful! And best of all, I trust all their techs as I have never found them to inflate the need for additional services. I highly recommend them.

Michael and Alex from Brooks Heating & Air do AMAZING work. They were able to quickly respond to my situation (uniquely situated in Quantico). They were friendly, intelligent, and got the job done. HVAC system replacement done by Lawrence and Nathan, and insulating of vents done by Alberto all went very well. The guys did a lot of work very efficiently. Everything is working well now, so it looks like our problems have been solved. Fernando came by today to install a part that was on order. Each person at Brooks that we had contact with, from our first call in for assistance, until all the work was complete, was very nice, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient.

We were very pleased with the way owner, Kenny Brooks and installer, Phil Pepe worked to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. We know it was an unusual task to install the mini split in a 3-season room with rails against each window. Phil and his assistants worked straight through until the job was complete and were extremely courteous. We highly recommend them. The unit is operating quietly and we’ll be able to use this room year-round now.

Alex Nahmadov and his tech did an excellent job. They went over and above servicing our HVAC system today. Great customer service made there visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Brooks.

Phoned to get a quote on heat pump for cottage and Fred arrived next day. Written quote following day. Some back and forth for clarification. They coordinated Ontario energy rebate paperwork. Placed order. They said would take several weeks to get equipment. It did. They called and scheduled install for week 3 following order. Crew arrived as scheduled and install went smoothly. Entire process was professional and new mini split completely changed rustic cottage to civilized rustic cottage.

Alex and Mike came out to our house and did a tremendous job, troubleshooting our thermostat. Friendly and easy to work with, very reasonable prices and knowledgeable! I will definitely be calling this company back again.

Brooks Heating & Air did an outstanding job installing a new HVAC system for my 100-year-old grandmother. The team was amazing, from customer service, sales rep, and the technicians. My grandmother was truly grateful.
There was a part missing, which they had to place a rush order. The part was delivered same day, and the technicians were able to complete everything same day.
The supervisor came out later to do a quality check to make sure the HVAC ran smoothly.
I’d definitely recommend Brooks Heating & AC if anyone needs HVAC service.

Great HVAC service. Great service reps. As a General Contractor, Brooks was my goto HVAC partner. They're honest, well priced, and do great work. They've replaced several units in my projects, and have done new units for large additions and garage apartments. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Service. Couldn't have asked for a better response. We had a very difficult problem to diagnose. It took four trips on four different occasions to get the problem resolved. Fortunately It turned out to be a relatively minor fix. The point is, that Brooks was determined to NOT GUESS at what the problem MIGHT be. Instead they kept trying to zero in on the exact problem. And even though Brooks made 4 trips 4 different days, all this was done at the cost of only ONE standard service call of $99. Great service. Great solution. Great price.

Brooks Heating and Air was excellent to work with from start to finish. Nathan and Lawrence were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my time and my home. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they arrived on time and fully prepared.

They responded quickly to my request for quote and were able to install the next day. The install team had to overcome some issues, make a quick run to Home Depot, but ultimately completed the installation of our new hot water heater quickly. Great job guys. Thanks.

We were very happy with the services from Brooks at every stage. From the responsive service call we placed to confirm our AC needed fixing (Corey and Jim) to the thoughtful sales visit to recommend a replacement (Gino) and what became a 3-stage installation process that included us asking lots of questions (Devante, Dennis, Alex & Ryan). Though we found a problem post install, the team immediately owned and took care of it to make sure the system works as intended. Very happy we went with Brooks and selected a Bosch dual fuel heat pump system for our heating and cooling! Highly recommend the quality of Brooks (and Bosch) over others.

Very great service! We have been going through a large scale renovation of our home and the people at Brooks are accommodating and patient through all the changes and delays! We had a full HVAC system replacement done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and very thorough.

They took the time to inspect everything properly, explained the issues clearly, and handled the installation smoothly. Despite difficult winter weather, they stayed on schedule and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving.
