VS Heating and Air Conditioning is the best company for your HVAC needs! I am a realtor and I renovate properties for resale as well. Each time Van has either assisted my clients with services or needed repairs. He has installed new systems for me as well. He's very punctual, reliable and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for your A/C or Furnace needs.

I reached out to Van late in the evening not expecting any service for a day or two. He let me know he would stop by to evaluate the issue immediately after he finished the job he was on currently. Mind you, this was at 7:30pm, so I was blown away by the responsiveness. We needed to let my AC unit cooldown as it had seized up from overuse during this hot summer, but he was back promptly the next day to fix the issue of a few key parts replacement to get me back up and running. Great service, great price, I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs.

Van was awesome to work with, we’ll be calling him for any future needs. We had no problem getting a hold of him and his response time was far better than anyone else we’ve dealt with. Great experience! Highly recommend. I was concerned about my HVAC not working/producing cool air. I called around 8:30 am and he was able to come by around 11:00. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. VERY reasonably priced.

Van was a great find! We had a well known company come out. The guy was very nice but admitted their pricing was on the higher side. I found VS and got a new HVAC I stalled for half the price. We had issues and he came right out the same day. Thank you!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

The service came highly recommended by a friend. I texted Mr Van when my a/c unit died during a heat wave. He responded quickly and came by to take a look and run some diagnostics. He was then able to squeeze me in the next day (a SUNDAY!) to get a new unit installed at a price below what I had expected based on other quotes. He's professional, to the point, cleaned up after the install to leave no trace, and guarantees his work.

in September, the guy came out and installed a new blower. It was more powerful than the one before, and did deliver air circulation to the bedrooms upstairs. This was the only good part. The price was also right. Then, at the end of November, we didn't have any heat. The guy came out promptly and fixed the heat. But within 24 hours, it stopped working. He came back and said that the inside unit and the thermostat weren't talking to each other. He then took out the owners manual and did some adjustments and said it would be fine. It seemed to be fine, until Christmas Eve. The heat stopped working again. He came out December 26 and did some work and got it working again. in the meantime, I got my power bill and noticed it was about $100 higher. He said it was because it was cold outside. he then proceeded to tell me that my HVAC unit was very old and needed to be replaced. It's only seven years old. He then quoted me a price of $8000. I contacted a different company. The second guy came out and looked at everything and said he felt sorry for me and wouldn't even charge me the trip charge for coming out. He said this was the worst work he had ever seen in 25 years of being in business. he said the guy cut all the wires in the HVAC and rewired it. He said he had no idea what this guy had done other than it's not right. at this point, I felt pretty stuck with VS. I waited until the following month to see if there would be an elevated electricity bill. My January bill was almost $200 more than my several of my neighbors. I called him again and he said it was very cold and that's normal. I told him the heat that was coming out was almost always very warm, and that means my emergency heat was running a lot more than it should. he kept telling me this was OK. I kept telling him my is not in line with my neighbors, I had mine set at 67. My neighbors had it set at 72. He said it didn't matter what I set the house to because it should be the same. Which I know, is completely not correct. I asked him to come out again and see why the emergency heat was running all the time. He did some rewiring and said it would be better. He did not charge me for this visit. But, a few hours after he left, I noticed that HVAC had been running nonstop. I texted him and asked why. He said it was OK to have it run nonstop. He said he disconnected the emergency heat. Even though the outside temperature last night was above 40, my HVAC has been running for eight hours nonstop. do not use this guy ever. I had been holding off writing this review until I some sort of resolution. apparently, nothing has been resolved. And now I need to call a second company and come out and fix what he's messed up. DO NOT USE VS!

I needed a new furnace and ac system after several years of having Van keep the old one going..
Van recommended the new system that we are very happy to have and it is working flawlessly.
You get the straight story from Van and he is always on time and very fair.
We could not be happier
VS is a professional company and Van is a wonderful person .

I wanted to update my review!(see above for latest review)
I needed service because our air conditioning wasn’t cooling.
I made an appointment for Monday and the Sunday before Van called and said he could come Sunday
He is so knowledgeable and so nice.
He charged my system and as usual very reasonable
He is a true professional!

VS is an honest and reasonable company to deal with will all AC and heating issues
I had a bigger company do a check on my system and told me I needed a fair amount of work done or replace my furnace.
VS came in and told me that I didn't need all that work and that they would come back in the spring to see if the AC did need repair.
So nice to deal with an honest company!

Van was quick and excellent. When my A/C first had an issue, he was out to my home within 2 hours to diagnose the problem. He was able to get the part covered under the manufacturers warranty. Highly recommend and will use him for all future HVAC needs.

VS Heating and Air is an excellent HVAC company. It offers great customer service and the best price compared to other big companies. The owner, Theoun, is very friendly, nice, and professional. His staff, Chantha and Vesna, are also professional, friendly, nice, and very helpful. VS Heat and Air installed a Goodman HVAC unit for my house on June 29, 2025. My house is cool and comfortable. I am so happy with this company's services.
I'm unable to afford a new system right now and our AC stopped blowing cold air.
Van was able to repair our system at an affordable price to get us through the summer.

He came out within a few hours and fixed our furnace breaker that kept tripping within an hour, he's very knowledgeable, I will be using him if i have any issues in the future.

I met Van over 10 years ago when I called him with a heat pump problem. He fixed the issue and told me to just continue to use my system without replacing at the time. My system was already over 10 years at that time. Finally, this year my heat pump leaked and stopped working over the winter. I called Van and he recommended replacing. He gave me several options at reasonable prices. After comparing with others, I chose him to replace my heat pump system. He did such a great job, I also had him replace my HVAC system. Van is fair, reasonable and easy to work with. If you’re having issues or looking for a new system, give him a chance. I highly recommend him.

Michael Speakman is absolutely the best. Great at explaining the problem with my A/C, really knowledgeable, and very professional. This company seems to have top tier technicians that are honest and will find you the best alternatives that fit the client needs at a good cost. I'll be using them as my primary A/C heating and cooling folks forever.

Kenny and his team are great!! Ryan came out to inspect our system, was very thorough and made sure we had everything we need! Explained everything, sent us pictures with detailed description and estimates, no pressure, very professional! Can’t thank them enough for ensuring the air quality in our home is healthy for our family!

Fair and reasonable price, and excellent work. Brooks got somebody out the same day my furnace stopped working, which caused the temperature to drop very low in my house. Michael diagnosed the problem immediately, and took extra time to explain more about the system to me. Michael patched it up to work until the part he ordered could be installed.

I am so grateful for this company. Their technician worked for 4+ hours straight on our unit. We had tenants that messed with the wiring of our HVAC unit. I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician even performed a deep cleaning. They came through on the same day and had everything working. Highly recommend for HVAC needs!

Overall excellent experience. For the quoting process Kenny was patient, thorough and provided a reasonable and economical recommendation. Installation was straight forward and the techs (Phil and Dawson) were honest, polite and hard working.
The yearly service on my new system was no exception. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable and expedient with his tasking. He took the time to review each aspect of the system he was reviewing, showing me what he looks for and any findings he may have.

What a Great experience we had with Brooks HVAC company. Called about our AC blowing warm air, they made us a appointment several hours after we called, the nice professional, knowledgeable young man named Michael checked out our system and gave us a detailed report on what had happened and how it needed to be fixed. Looking forward to Michael repairing our system. We would definitely recommend this 5 Star company.

What a great experience! I called for my air conditioner and they were ready to send someone out immediately. I didn't need the ac that much so I opted for the following week.

Michael came out and was professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and remediate the fault, even explaining everything along the way.

Being that the unit was almost 30 years old, Michael also ran me through some of my options for replacement and got the sales folks involved so I can discuss replacement options. It wasn't pushy, just giving me all the information I need to make the best decision.
