Superior Air is the best in the business. Punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Even when the other guys fail you can always count on them to get the job done right the first time.

I was so afraid to tackle such a big job but Wilmer explained everything and then he and his family of workers did a thorough job, explained everything, and encased all the outdoor wires to match the existing downspouts. Highly recommended!

Wilmer saved the day for me with my mini split project. He brought top-tier tools and got the job done right, ensuring my mini split will run for many years without leaks. He was friendly, very personable and easy to talk to, and meticulous / clean while he worked.

Had a great experience with Superior Air Heating and Cooling. Wilmer came out and and took care of my machine as it was making a cracking every time it turned off. Turns out to be negligence on my part because of me not changing the filter. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained all the different parts of the AC unit. He also took readings of the outside unit to make sure it was just the filter and the machine was not leaking. Big thank you to Wilmer, ill be contacting them for the winter check up of the unit.

Superior Air was immediately responsive to my inquiry about air ducts not receiving air. The technician Wilmer came the next day and was extremely friendly and informative, answering my questions and investigating the issues. I will definitely use them again!

Wilmer has been very helpful! We wanted to install zoning for our house which has an hvac of 12 year old. He explained a lot to us including how zoning works, pros and cons, what might be a good alternative. In the end we had them doing the cleaning and maintenance instead. He and his guy spent almost the whole day cleaning all the duct work, coils inside and the system outside.

His being genuine and responsible and the great service really impressed me. 5/5.

Wilbur came out same day, diagnosed our system and got it running! We will be replacing our HVAC system with Superior Air Heating and Cooling, inc. Wilbur was able to give us a very detailed report and recommendations that will be energy efficient.

After having 3 different companies come out and give me their evaluation on why my hvac system was constantly failing freezing my lines up. One compensate my compressor was bad another said their was a blockage in my coils, I kept getting different diagnoses all resulting in a new system. However, after superior came out, they identified the correct issue and save me a ton of money. I could tell Will was very transparent and honest he and superior will be my new HVAC company starting out, and I cannot recommend them enough.

We called Superior Air because our heater was not working and Wilbert showed up the same day to diagnosed it. Wilbert was very knowledgeable and communicated very clearly to us. Had our heater fixed just a few days later. The team had to do extra work and didn’t charge us extra. So happy we found a reliable and professional HVAC company near by :) definitely will recommend them to anyone!!!!

Wilmer and Renato came to my house to identify the problem I called them about. When I was about to explain the issue and pull up a photo, Wilmer had already guessed what the problem was exactly right - one of the tee branches to the water heater was completely broken.

Wilmer took the time to explain the issue and what they would do to correct it in plain and simple terms, asking if I understood and even backing up to clarify things I was confused on. He even gave some home maintenance tips. They were polite, professional, and even put the shoe covers on and off whenever they entered and exited.

The very next morning, Renato came by early to fix the issue, as we were without hot water for about a full day. He was polite, worked diligently, and even drove out to buy an additional part he needed and came back to finish the job. He explained the work he did to me, cleaned up the area, vacuumed, swept, and left the house clean.

Prices were good. According to some light research, they used better materials and parts than another HVAC contractor I had come out to see it, and I believe their solution was better as well.

I will use them again if I have HVAC maintenance, inspections, or duct/vent cleaning to do in the near future.

Wilmer and Luiz came by today to do a maintenance check on our furnace to get it ready for the cold weather and also to give us a quote for some duct work that we need to have done. Wilmer is always great and we met Luiz today for the first time and he was very nice. They have maintenance packages for summer and winter checks and you should definitely look into having them take care of your HVAC needs. We've known Wilmer, the owner for years and he is thoroughly proficient in every aspect of heating and cooling. He gets the job done right!
