I recommend using them, from day 1 they were transparent throughout the process. Nate was amazing with explaining his approach on what action should be taken and how. I certainly look forward to using them exclusively for any tree services going forward in the future. Knowledge and communication second to none. Highly recommend Crown Down! Nate is very knowledgeable and really fought to try to save our tree. In the end it needed to come down. Scheduling and communication was quick and easy thanks to Jamie. Price was very reasonable! They have also delivered mulch to us the for two years now, did I mention at no cost!

Nate and his crew are the epitome of professionals and will be the only tree service I use from now on. I contacted Crown Down because Nate is an Arborist and I wanted to see if there was any chance to save my mature shade tree in my front yard. Nate used his drone to survey and document the damage in my tree. After reviewing the results, Nate recommended removal vs pruning and explained why he came to that conclusion. Nate emailed me an estimate the next day. They removed my mature tree, ground the stump several inches below the surface, back filled the hole with dirt and added grass seed. The crew used plywood to protect my existing lawn from damage when felling the tree and when grinding and cleaning up. When they were done, the only indication that they were there was the seeded area where the tree was. All wood chips, twigs and dirt were cleaned up and removed from the yard and street.
