I first had Merlin and his guys out last year to trim up a hickory tree. I asked if they’d also leave me a pule of 18” logs for firewood. Not only was the trimming fast and efficient, but they carried the logs up the slope and put them
Next to our fire pit. Very kind of them!
Today they came out and took down a walnut that has been in bad shape for a while. They made quick and efficient work of that and left zero trace (no brush, no sawdust, no loose
Walnuts, etc.).
All the workers wear good safety gear and have very thorough rope supports.
I’m not a tree climber but they seem to run a very good and safe business.

WisdomTreeServiceLLC butchered a stately oak tree in our community at the request of a homeowner with no right to manage the pruning or cutting of that tree. The tree sits between two townhome sections, clearly on community property. WisdomTree violated principle s of proper tree management by leaving the tree canopy very lopsided, by over-pruning within the same year, by not having permission of the owner of the tree (the HOA) to climb the tree. It was a lovely, healthy, grand tree, recently pruned (with HOA permission) by a certified arborist. Now it has a severely miss-shaped canopy and may suffer an early death due to the stress of over pruning. The quality of landscape in my community is irrevocably damaged by their poor quality of work.
