We have been using Cook’s for a few years now. They do very good work and are always very friendly, professional and prompt.

Those two young gentlemen were absolutely amazing and knew their job inside out and fixed my issue in a timely manner !! I would recommend this company Cooks Heating and Cooling Services to everyone plus they are very affordable!

I won’t let anyone but Cooks work on my heat and air systems. I have a home warranty and I told the warranty company if you don’t send somebody from Cooks I’ll drop the warranty account. They are that good.

Great service. My issue was diagnosed and solved right away and then they performed some much-needed maintenance checks. Highly recommend!

Cook's Heating and Cooling Svs has been to my house on two occasions for different reasons. I have to say, I've never met kinder and informative gentlemen. Not only do they perform an excellent job they also contacted us by phone to make sure all is going OK. They truly care about their customers and are true to their word. Very happy I called them. You will feel the same.

Highly recommend Cooks Heating & Air. I had a great experience. Billy Cook came to me in a very timely fashion. His technician Jamie was a very professional individual and as polite of a young man that you could ever ask for, as well as being highly effective in diagnosing my issue. Billy followed up the next day to ensure my problem was solved. No not only efficient, the customer service is awesome. And the total price for the visit was reasonable. The same day I signed up for his annual service. I am new to the area and I will use him for all heating and AC needs. Highly recommend them.

Called them @ 6:30 pm on a Monday nite. Outside unit fan blade was shredded. He was here within an hour, fixed the problem, and gone a little over an hour later. James took care of the problem like it was nothing. Thanks for being the utmost professional and gentleman. Mom and Dad did a great job !! Call em !

Cook’s Heating and AC is amazing. After purchasing a home in the Deltaville, VA area we needed HVAC services. We were referred to Cook’s from our home warranty company. Cook’s arrived, evaluated the situation and gave us a roadmap on how to proceed. We eventually had to get our entire HVAC system replaced and Cook’s was the perfect company for the job. Cook’s was professional, friendly and knowledgeable on our system. They even worked with the home warranty company to ensure a portion of the warranty covered the replacement. Cook’s will continue to work on all of our systems, and we look forward to cool summers and warm winters. Excellent service. Timely arrival. Quickly determined cause of a/c malfunction (low freon due to leak/compressor starter). Presented options to address problem and completed repair at reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

We're very happy with the work Cook's Heating & Cooling Services have provided for our needs. After they installed a heat pump 5 years ago, they have followed up with semiannual maintenance and just recently James and Issac installed an ionizer unit to minimize dust in our home. Very conscientious, good people to work with.
