We had a white carpet in our apartment with 4+ years of dirt and spills in it. They did a great job cleaning it up - it looks way better than I thought was possible. Fast, friendly and professional.

These guys were amazing. Bill promptly got back and set up a time. I asked if he could do it day of at 1:00pm, which was a little late in the game, yet he got me in the next morning at 10 am. We had so many pet stains and even an ink stain. Everything came up and the smell was neutralized that had been lingering in the house. I cannot thank them enough for their work. It was the best decision I’ve made and would do it again.

Since finding Greensafe through another review site, we haven't used anyone else! Bill does a fantastic job on our dog-"enhanced" rugs and furniture. He shows up on time - is friendly and helpful - and does a careful and thorough job for a fair price. He demonstrates commitment to customer service, ensuring that the work is done not just to his satisfaction, but to the customers'. When he perceived some lingering dogginess in one of the rugs he'd cleaned, he cleaned it again before returning it to us, apologizing profusely for the delay. It's a pleasure to do business with this company.

Had GreenSafe clean an area rug and very old parquet floors. Response was timely and price was very fair. The area rug looked and smelled great and the floors looked like new! They wore protective gear and gave great instructions for how to ensure the cleaning lasted as long as possible. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. Would use them again for any carpet, flooring, or upholstery cleaning.

I had GreenSafe come out to clean my parents' carpet before they listed their house for sale. Extremely responsive, timely, and professional but most importantly their customer service was top notch. Carpets came out great and makes the house look 10x better! I would recommend Bill and his team to anyone!

Recently had our carpets done for a move out cleaning. Bill was so personable, answered the phone almost immediately and gave us a pretty good quote. They showed up on time and provided great services. Our carpets looked better than they did when we first moved in! Will definitely use again when the time comes!

I could not recommend Greensafe enough. I have reached out on 2 separate occasions for cleaning of 2 couches. Bill responded to the requests immediately and was able to get someone over within the same day of the request! Bill came the first time, and Justin came the second. They were both great and helped clean couches that haven't been cleaned for years, as well as one that had cat urine on it from its previous owner. The couches came out great. We will be a recurring customer and use their services for our rugs next! Top notch, professionals!

I had the pleasure of using this great company for my carpet needs. I unfortunately, had booked with another company and they did not show or call. I spoke with the owner Bill who said they could come out right away. Not only did he come out in person, but very kindly brought me fresh peaches from his wife’s and his property!! He and his vice president Justin made my day and did a phenomenal job!! I would highly recommend this company. They did a good job in the agreed time of 1.5 hours,=but owner refused to accept my compliments nor the.truth about being paid via zelle which she finally admitted she finally saw our promo deposit.
She would not believe me that they did as we agreed
