Lucas did an amazing job with my dryer vent cleaning and repair. He was professional, thorough and pleasant to work with. I really appreciated how he communicated every step of the process so there were no surprises. I’m happy with the results and highly recommend Lucas and The Dryer Vent Guys.

We had the Dryer Vent Guys come out and clean our ventless dryer unit. It works significantly better than it did before they cleaned it (taking less than half the time to dry a load than it did before)! Since this is an older machine that came with our home when we bought it, we also had them run a camera through what we assumed was our dryer vent to make sure if we upgrade in the coming years whether we could switch to a vented. I’ve always wanted to find someone who would come clean the dryer itself, but could never find anyone (most will just clean the vent). They were professional and totally worth it to get back to a reasonable dryer cycle time and know that we’d be safe (and don’t have a corroded vent) to change our dryer in the future! 100% recommend them to anyone who is trying to get their dryer back to a more efficient drying time.

Outstanding service! We were concerned because our vent is on our roof, 25 ft ftom our dryer. Some companies won't go on the toof, but DV Guys brought a ladder.

We clearly needed this service. Jackson was our technician, and he was great! professional, thorough, and communicative. It was reassuring to see the amount of debris removed from our dryer vents. The team shared helpful, concrete information, including pressure readings before and after the cleaning, as well as a written report with images and practical recommendations to improve our dryer setup (e.g., replacing the duct and adding a vent protector to prevent birds or pests). The service was well worth the reasonable cost.
