Bobby was a huge help. Very detailed and thorough and was so patient explaining how things worked and how we could improve the current vent set up. Jackson returned on another day to do a repair on our ductwork and he was great. Extremely personable and efficient. They did a great job! Highly recommend.

The Dryer Vent Guys (And Tyler in particular) are wonderful to work with. They quickly got me scheduled at a convenient time for me and showed up right on time. I overslept and they even hung around for another 30 minutes until they managed to get me. Tyler took lots of pictures and spent time explaining before removing a large bird’s nest from my dryer vent. Will definitely use them again!

It was a pleasure to work with the Dryer Vent Guys. I was told Lucas was going to be my technician. They sent me a picture of him so I knew who was coming to my home. He texted me when he was leaving for my house and then again when he was 10 minutes out. He was explained everything he was going to do with the dryer. He was professional and nice and I would definitely ask for him again. I feel safe knowing that my dryer vent is clean.

Tyler did a very thorough job and we were very happy with their work. I loved how easy it was to schedule the appointment too. We will definitely continue to use them.

very detailed work - their inspection got into my attic/onto my roof. we discovered that because of anti-pest grating my vent had clogged, disconnected (popped off), and vented into my attic. their fixes were excellent and high quality - i also needed an exterior vent changed out and a good powder coated and now metal one was installed. while i did not expect i would need so much work done; this is exactly why getting an inspection makes sense!

Jackson from the Dryer Vent Guys was extremely timely, personable, and most important, effective. My dryer vent was drastically overdue for a cleaning, and instead of chastising me about the (known) dangers, he was pleasant and got right to work. He was extremely efficient in his cleaning. After his service my dryer was running more efficiently with a noticeable difference in how quickly my clothes dried. I would recommend using the Dryer Vent Guys, and Jackson in particular.

Per my condo HOA, I'm required to have an annual dryer vent inspection. Although I don't often use my dryer, I needed to comply. I found the Dryer Vent Guys online and was attracted to their highly rated reviews (mostly all seem genuine) which compelled me to use them despite the fact that their inspection price was higher than others online. (Note, I now know why...) Jackson H. showed up at my doorstep around 10:30am today and spent the next 2.5 hours inspecting and cleaning my my dryer vent and associated ductwork, including an external vent high above my 2nd floor porch. (Jackson negotiated his way through a thick group of tall bushes to set up his ladder. I was completely convinced that there was no way this could be done.) As a new owner, I learned more about my ductwork from Jackson than any home inspector would have provided. Jackson was both diligent and informative all during the process. I appreciated his thorough inspection. Along with many (!) photos (including internal ductwork), he shared a review of his findings, including best practice recommendations, items that needed to be watched, as well as items that might need attention by my HOA in the future. Jackson also vacuumed up a horrible matted layer of dust/dog hair under the dryer that the previous dryer installer ignored before he/she installed the new dryer prior to my condo purchase. Ugh. Many thanks again to Jackson for making my home a much cleaner/safer place! Kudos to the Dryer Vent Guys for hiring such talent. Also kudos to Jackson's mom who has raised a seriously great young man.

We have always cleared our dryer vent with a leaf blower so we were surprised by the amount of lint removed. Lucas was great and explained each step of the process. Would highly recommend this company!

Bobby and another technician came to our home on 02/24 to inspect a kitchen hood vent which did not have much suction and was terribly loud.

They were extremely professional, respectful, detailed, and knowledgeable. They took pictures and videos and completed an exhaustive inspection.

They found that to address cold air that making its way into the kitchen the original contractor installed covered the exit of the vent with a rigid material the prevented the flap from closing and blocking the air from exiting--rendering the hood vent useless.

The removed the material and kitchen vent is working as originally designed.

Based on my experience, I will be using them again in the future.

Jackson was very clear about the work he was here to do and also very clear and explaining options what was something he could do now and what was something that would be good to look at in the future. We made an appointment to have our dryer vent cleaned, and after a thorough inspection, Tyler identified a critical issue with our vent—it had not been installed correctly. He provided us with a detailed estimate to correct the problem, along with a video and photographs clearly showing the issue.
