Excellent cleaning service! I needed them to do a deep clean of the apartment I moved out of in 3.5 hours rather than 4 and they were able to finish! They left the apartment very clean. I am quite picky about cleanliness and I can definitely say that I would highly recommend MaidPro.

I have been a long-time loyal customer of this cleaning company and have treated them with nothing but kindness, respect, and generosity. I’ve always paid fairly, even for last-minute or same-day requests, and I’ve gone above and beyond by referring them to family and friends (even paying for services on their behalf). I’ve also given them donations like clothes and tried to maintain a good relationship as a client.

Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Nasrin, has been increasingly disappointing. Communication has become very poor, and when she does respond, it’s often with attitude and a lack of professionalism. I’ve also noticed that many of my cleaning requests were not done properly, areas left untouched, dust and floors not fully cleaned, and things I specifically asked for overlooked.

The only reason I didn’t cut ties with this company sooner is because I felt comfortable trusting them in my apartment with my expensive belongings. That trust kept me around longer than I should have. But trust alone isn’t enough when the service, honesty, and professionalism aren’t there.

The most frustrating part was my last experience. At 4 p.m. on the day she was supposed to clean, she suddenly told me her cleaner was sick and canceled. I find this very unprofessional and difficult to believe, especially since she has cleaned my apartment alone in the past. Canceling last minute without honesty or accountability shows a lack of respect for loyal customers.

It honestly surprises me that this company has a perfect 5.0 rating on Google. My honest experience is very different. While I once believed in her service, I now see a lack of appreciation for loyal customers, and I feel misled.

I share this so that future customers know what they may be getting into.

We had a white carpet in our apartment with 4+ years of dirt and spills in it. They did a great job cleaning it up - it looks way better than I thought was possible. Fast, friendly and professional.

These guys were amazing. Bill promptly got back and set up a time. I asked if he could do it day of at 1:00pm, which was a little late in the game, yet he got me in the next morning at 10 am. We had so many pet stains and even an ink stain. Everything came up and the smell was neutralized that had been lingering in the house. I cannot thank them enough for their work. It was the best decision I’ve made and would do it again.

Since finding Greensafe through another review site, we haven't used anyone else! Bill does a fantastic job on our dog-"enhanced" rugs and furniture. He shows up on time - is friendly and helpful - and does a careful and thorough job for a fair price. He demonstrates commitment to customer service, ensuring that the work is done not just to his satisfaction, but to the customers'. When he perceived some lingering dogginess in one of the rugs he'd cleaned, he cleaned it again before returning it to us, apologizing profusely for the delay. It's a pleasure to do business with this company.

Had GreenSafe clean an area rug and very old parquet floors. Response was timely and price was very fair. The area rug looked and smelled great and the floors looked like new! They wore protective gear and gave great instructions for how to ensure the cleaning lasted as long as possible. Very professional, thorough, and friendly.
