I could not recommend Greensafe enough. I have reached out on 2 separate occasions for cleaning of 2 couches. Bill responded to the requests immediately and was able to get someone over within the same day of the request! Bill came the first time, and Justin came the second. They were both great and helped clean couches that haven't been cleaned for years, as well as one that had cat urine on it from its previous owner. The couches came out great. We will be a recurring customer and use their services for our rugs next! Top notch, professionals!

I had the pleasure of using this great company for my carpet needs. I unfortunately, had booked with another company and they did not show or call. I spoke with the owner Bill who said they could come out right away. Not only did he come out in person, but very kindly brought me fresh peaches from his wife’s and his property!! He and his vice president Justin made my day and did a phenomenal job!! I would highly recommend this company. They did a good job in the agreed time of 1.5 hours,=but owner refused to accept my compliments nor the.truth about being paid via zelle which she finally admitted she finally saw our promo deposit.
She would not believe me that they did as we agreed

Great communication leading up to visit. Arrived on time. Tyler was very respectful of our property. He explained and completed the job, letting us know a suggested interval for future cleanings. He installed a new high quality bird guard that allows better air flow. Overall very satisfied.

They did a great job cleaning out the 4 years of lint that had built up in our vent. They even got the inside part of the dryer (ge front load with the vent as a slot).

I have decided that I will get my dryer vent cleaned through Dryer Vent Guys moving forward. One thing that separates them from other companies is that they specialize in cleaning the vent when it’s located on the roof as opposed to on the siding.

This company offers a much-needed service with customer care practices that are rare these days. This company sends reminder texts and Lucas, who was scheduled to do our vent cleaning, called ahead of time to say he was on the way, and gave me an accurate arrival time. Upon arrival, he gave me the price for the visit as well as the possibility of additional costs should anything need repair or replacing. He explained what he was doing and took photos as he completed the dryer vent cleaning. In additional to all of the above, Lucas was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning both for the service and for their customer care practices.
