Great deal of work done by the guys from Pinnacle Air Duct. Truly the top of the line when it comes to air duct cleaning. I appreciate the full effort committed and I can’t deny the results came out great. Money well spent and you have my trust. Will surely take you guys next time.

We just moved into a new place and had no idea when the dryer vent was last cleaned. Called Pinnacle Air Duct and they booked us the next day. The tech was so polite and showed us all the lint buildup that had collected over time. It?s scary how much could have gone wrong. So grateful they took care of it before I started using it.

They came on a Friday and charged me $350 and could not fixed my ac and told me I needed new one and said they would give me a quote by the end of the week. Later that day they called me and told me I need a new electrical panel without even looking at it. Two weeks later they did not follow up with a quote on getting a new one. Glad I started looking after they left. They did however put there stickers on everything I owned.

I recently had the occasion to hire Twintech, LLC for a heating problem in my home.
Despite the unsavory weather and over a foot of snow, Twintech came out the day I called and were able to immediately rectify the problem. They were professional and courteous and I highly recommend their service.

Called and talked with reception who said they would call back. They never did. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called back a month later. Same person answered and apologized profusely for not calling me back. She didn't know the answer to my question and PROMISED to call me in an hour. She never called back.

Third thing I called, she scheduled me for two months out. I finally got a call from another company saying they heard I was interested in cleaning my HVAC. I said I already had an appointment circled on my calendar with Twin Tech. Turns out they don't even do that work and "scheduled" me without even checking with the company they passed me off to.

To top it all off, the bill was $345 for my tiny condo to have a vent cleaned.

Worst experience ever.

I was considering HVAC options for a newly finished basement. Eric from Twin Tech came to my home to give me an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. He also was very kind and brought in my groceries from the front porch. We ultimately went a different direction but I wouldn't hesitate to use Twin Tech.
