Twin Tech had serviced our furnace in the past, and I had some questions about replacing the filter, so I called the number on the sticker they'd left behind. John (one of the twins) answered the phone right away and suggested we Facetime video chat so he could walk me through the steps of making the replacement. I even asked him about an unrelated electrical issue for a hot tub, and he walked me through what I would need to do to fix the issue. We spent at least 15 minutes video chatting; he gave thorough, easy-to-follow answers to all my questions; was very friendly; and didn't charge a dime. Highly recommend.

I own a Salon and our AC stopped working Sunday. We don't have anyone in particular to call so I just Google a few places. Twin tech came up, gave them a call and Eric answered. He was amazing and at the Salon in about an hour. He could not have been professional, friendly and honest. I now have an AC company for life!

Our AC was flooding our basement on a holiday weekend and although Twintech was closed, they took my call immediately and offered to walk us through the fix so we didn’t have to spend the whole weekend in the heat. John face-timed with me and my son for almost an hour to help us trouble shoot our leak. Looking forward to having him out to replace our copper pipe with PVC and clear our system to avoid future floods. John’s patience and willingness to help us out of a jam was very much appreciated. Five stars for sure!

Twin Tech has been a go-to company for my HVAC for the better part of ten years. The company is reliable and highly competent. I have had numerous services done by their tech team and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. I know that the work is going to be done right the first time.

I needed a new heat pump and air handler. I solicited 3 estimates, including Twin Tech and 2 from locally advertised large HVAC companies. After we compared similar units, Twin Tech’s estimate came in approximately 15% cheaper. They installed quickly and efficiently with great clean up. Lesson learned: Large local HVAC companies that advertise have to recover their marketing costs through cost pass throughs. Give Twin Tech a call. Eric always calls back and gives you a great price and info.

My parents have been using Twin Tech for years. Our heating system wasn’t working today and even after hours Eric and John helped us. John was able to call and FaceTime with my husband and they both got it working again. TwinTech. I love working with TwinTech! This is an honest and reputable family owned small business. They just installed a new gas furnace for me on May 26. My old furnace had a gas leak, and I shut off the gas at end of March for safety. TwinTech tried to order the replacement part, but the age of the furnace and supply chain issues made that impossible. I got several estimates before deciding on TwinTech. Their price was neither the lowest or highest, but they are local and I've had excellent experiences with them so far. My research confirmed that TwinTech gave me a very fair price on my replacement furnace, as I knew they would. The install went smoothly, and they cleaned up afterward. They answered all my questions, and replaced the gas shutoff valve with one meeting current code. The Alexandria City Code Inspection confirms the work was competed to code. I've had an annual HVAC maintenance contract with TwinTech for several years, and trust them to work safely with gas appliances. They installed my gas water about 2 years ago. I highly recommend them for HVAC and hot water heater replacements.

The workmanship was spectacular. The new system was installed partially outside and partially in my unfinished basement.
