I was hoping that I would not have to give this review. However, I must be totally honest. I hired this company to lay new flooring. Long story short, I had to hire another company to rectify issues that Precision refused to correct, despite their one year labor warranty. The owner, Saquann Massenburg, is polite; however, he is extremely dishonest and cunning. Needless to say, Precision Flooring will never receive my business again.

Very pleased with this company!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do their floors. My house looks amazing!!!! The guys were professional, did a great job and everything was done within 4 days! The owners are phenomenal and very knowledgeable, overall a great experience!

We contacted about 5 different contractors to respond to a bathroom rebuild due to severe water damage. S&L were by far the most responsive and reliable. Even when it turned out both of our bathrooms were damaged they worked with us, helping us budget our time and finances effectively. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people in our situation — not us. S&L were even helpful in resolving old problems due to original wiring and plumbing issues in our older home. Now I’m actually looking forward to tackling our “all new floors” plan we've put off for years. We’ll definitely be calling S&L!

Great team to work with. From the start, LaRon took control of the insurance communication, providing a detailed estimate and contract. Victor was the main guy working in our house. He is skilled and a good communicator. Kitchen backsplash with a zillion fussy cuts looks amazing. New floors in laundry are and bath, new cabinets in laundry area. Everything is well done. I highly recommend this team.

Amazing Job! I was referred to S&L by my insurance company. As soon as I called requesting what I needed done. They contacted me in less than 24 hours. They provided quotes for what I needed for insurance purposes and additional work that I had been waiting years to get done. S&L was very professional and punctual.
