I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.

The service John provided was great. Punctual and completed thoroughly in about 2 hours. From the gutters to the foundation everything looks new. We would recommend him to our friends and neighbors and definitely call on him again in the future.Also pricing was very reasonable!

I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job.
It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left.
His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out.
I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.

Leaftide did a wonderful job on my home it looks great! One of the things that I really appreciated is that he was very careful not to trample on my plants, Other companies that have come crushed my flowers. The other really great thing I liked was that my windows didn’t have residue left all over them like other companies have left big bleach streak marks. I’m definitely having Leaftide come back again and do my home. You won’t be sorry if you have them clean your home😊

John came to my house and did pressure washing on the whole house plus the concrete walkway and an additional concrete patch by the backyard deck. He did a fantastic job. Removed and washed screens and windows also. Did the front porch from top to bottom. Friendly. Professional. Was on time. No problems!

We are new to the area and just moved into our home that had been vacant throughout the fall and desperately needed the gutters cleaned. We weren't able to do the suggested date due to needing to go out of town for a family matter, so John offered to come out the same day we called. John at leaf tide solutions came out to clean my windows. The job was very time consuming since we have a pretty large home. John was professional and friendly from beginning to end. He arrived on time, got the job done and seemingly never missed a beat. You can tell he has a passion for his job and provides superior customer service. The owner was professional, gave us great recommendations and made sure to clean up after himself. Our gutters have been overflowing and we didn’t know why. He installed a bigger downspout so the water could drain faster and prevent overflowing in the gutter. In addition, he got on our roof with a blower and cleaned all of our gutters and checked all the downspouts for clogs. Will have him back to do more work.

Blown away by the detail and quality of work from LeafTide Solutions. My townhome builds a lot of green algae on the siding and I was very impressed with the end result! John went above and beyond by also removing a few wasp nests I couldn’t access. My side walk and back patio also look so much better! 10/10! Thank you!!

John is an amazing worker. He cleaned a difficult, hard-to-maneuver around gutter & made it look easy. Then he power-washed my fabulously dirty driveway & walk in 1/10th the time it takes me with my little power-washer & did a beautiful job. He has the right equipment & knows how to use it. He is careful, thorough & respectful of lawns garden beds. He does great work at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone!
