I had water damage due to a storm and ServPro performed the "mitigation" or drying out process. They also removed the drywall/plaster and floors that were wet. The project manager (Matt) was responsive, professional and kind. He kept me informed with everything that was happening and overall they did a fantastic job. ServPro was to perform the repairs as well which would be a different team and project manager. I DO NOT recommend this department as the repair team project manager had not finished the estimate over a month after seeing the home and I had to switch to a different contractor due his lack of responsiveness and dismissive demeanor.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this HVAC company. The service was terrible from start to finish. There was a complete lack of communication; they never returned my calls or updated me on the status of my service request. To make matters worse, the technician cancelled my ticket when I called him 3 min after I missed their call . I cannot recommend this company to anyone...
And to the owner. NO. I won't remove

Technicians arrived in the time frame given. Technicians were very personable and nice. Explained exactly what they would be doing. They vacuumed up everything for the most part. We did find some rags laying around that they forgot and also the cardboard coverings that they put over top of the vents when they took the vents down, were left here in various places throughout the house that we found. They did wash all the vents before they put them back up. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

Very efficient and thorough. My mitigation and dwellings contractors, Nancy and Lenzy, were the absolute best and Lenzy walked me through the entire process. This was my first time having property damage and Servpro was an absolute blessing.

Water mitigation went fine but the bathroom rebuild was a horrible experience headed by a project leader who did not understand communication. He had no idea what was being done and showed that he did not care. Poor customer service and time between completing water removal and rebuild was way too long. No concern for customer.

Overall, great service. I had a rebuilt kitchen. The installation was done within 3 weeks. The communication was superb until I received my bill. I was charged for additional cabinets, that was never discussed with me prior to the installation. Also I mentioned during my installation that the food disposal wasn't installed, and I was informed it was not included in the initial quote. When I reviewed my final bill, I realized I was charged for a food disposal that was never installed and also additional cabinets.

The communication seemed to be streamlined until the work was completed. I was firm prior to starting the project that I wanted the kitchen to be completed within my budget, which was communicated text and email. The contractor also sent me a thorough plan with A,,B and C, all within budget. So I was very disappointed that the bill was not as I expected. It took a lot of my time to get the bill corrected, with phone calls, emails, and texts, even when I submitted the proof that the billing was incorrect.

The craftsman was very good and I appreciate the finished work. Everything is working and looks stylish.

Katie and Anthony came today to complete a mitigation job. Smiling faces met me at the door along with their professionalism and quality of work. They answered my questions, reviewed the job to be completed, and got to work. Then Katie called me to inspect the completed job. My response was "Wow, what a difference!" This team along with this company has been everything I could ask for in response to an unexpected situation. I highly recommend ServPro and all of those who are part of their teams!

Couldn’t recommend Servpro enough. This was my first time dealing with water damage, and Aaron guided me through everything in great detail and helped shed light on the path forward in terms of mitigation, repairs and even the administrative side of these types of issues. Additionally, Ben and his crew did about the most efficient and tidiest demo I’ve seen (had to hop on a work call for an an hour or two, and by the time I came back downstairs, the ceiling was removed and the debris already bagged up). These folks turns the absolute lemons of water damage into lemonade, so I’d definitely suggest Servpro if you’ve got water damage.

Matt Snyder, Project Manager at Servpro was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He explained and supervised the cleanup process after I had an electrical fire in my living room. Matt was honest, fair, sympathetic and very communicative! I honestly can’t say enough good things about the gentleman and the cleanup went smoothly! Five stars plus for Matt and his team of exceptional ladies! Btw, loved that it was women on the job!

Sadly, another project manager named Tim was going to deal with reconstruction but his demeanor and attitude were the opposite of Matt’s. That led me to look up Servpro reconstruction on BBB and yelp etc. not good at all!

Pavlo was great with the restoration process for our facility here in the East End of Richmond. From initial walkthrough to completion of project.

Excellent service and professionalism. I really couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and courtesy of the ServPro employees, especially our component and thorough project manager Pasha.After an unfortunate flood went through our home, Servpro came through and exceeded or expectations and our home looks even better than ever!

Do not use. This place is a con.

Back in August, my mom had a mold issue with her washer. They remediated the issue then didn't hook up her washing machine. Her laundry room flooded, leaking into the hallway and her back bedroom.

They came and remediated the flooding. This is where it gets bad.

They made her wait a MONTH AND A HALF just to get the final bill to pay for the original remediation. They would not actually repair the damage they caused until she paid for the original remediation. That would have been fine if they didn't make her wait until OCTOBER to get that bill. I had to call multiple times just to get the final bill from them. My mom has had to pay for a plumber to separately come out just so she can use her washing machine again.

Now it's November, my mom's house is still torn apart from the extra damage they caused in August AND they're trying to charge us to repair damage that they caused.

STAY AWAY.

Mike Martin and Mark Russell were perfect to work with. Very profession and maintained good communications with me on all aspects of this contract. I truly couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend their services!

We experienced a soft clog (inside our home) with our sewer drain. Servpro was here the same day. After the plumber resolved the issue, they were in gear.
We have a full basement and experienced damage in both upper level bathrooms and downstairs in a large master bedroom.
Dirty water exposure to wood trim, baseboards, both bathroom flooring, insulation, carpet area down stairs, etc.
Was removed and drying equipment was set up. Drying equipment was on until the moisture level in influenced areas was in spec. Sanitary spray was also used.

Reconstruction phase followed.
Everything was handled in a professional and friendly matter.

First it should be couple weeks job which turned into months. What’s really not acceptable is that in their quote it’s supposed to cover everything but they told me their job is done without putting back carpet pad where it was cut out during the repair process and the carpet is still not adhered back to floor. They said their job is done and need to pay more money to do that…so if you plan to use them make sure it’s very clear that their quote covers finishing the entire job otherwise your carpet will look like homeless people’s carpet

Before i give this Google review I would like to tell you a funny story of what happen when I was filling out the survey after Servpro finished the job. As I was filling out the survey I noticed my project manager (pasha) looking kind of bewildered and then he asked me what was it that I wasn't satisfied with because I had marked strongly disagreed by mistake as if they didn't do anything right when i meant to mark that I strongly agreed with their work that they had completed and that they did an excellent job. Nevertheless me and him had long laugh about this. Lastly, i would like to say that Servpro, when they say your property would look better than it did before after they come its 100% true. From the front office to Keith(mitigation) and Pasha (Rebuild) and their crew did a great job.i would recommend and use them if I ever need them again. Thanks for the wonderful job you guys have done.

We needed our upstairs hall bathroom restored after a significant water leak-new tile, new vanity, repainting, toilet reinstalled, carpet in the hallway replaced, downstairs ceiling drywall restored and downstairs ceiling repainted. We are thrilled with the results and cannot overemphasize how amazing Steve Zierhart was to work with. Steve was constantly updating us, came to our home many times to ensure the work was getting done and up to standard, and obviously is someone who takes pride in providing excellent results and customer service. We are appreciative of all of the contractors and subs who participated in this restoration but Steve stood out for his kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result
