Constraction reviews in Midlothian, Virginia

Kristian and the Exterior Source of Central team did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my mom’s house. What was a stressful situation after one of the big storms turned into a fabulous experience. Expert and courteous, the folks worked hard, were efficient and cleaned up afterwards every day. It is very good to know that companies and business owners like Kristian are here to provide services and peace of mind for older adults aging in place. We are grateful for his help and work.

Kristian and his team did an excellent job installing a new roof on my home. What began as a stressful situation after a major storm quickly became a smooth and positive experience. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and consistently left the property clean at the end of each day. It’s reassuring to know there are professionals like Kristian who provide both quality workmanship and, and installed “jumbo gutters”. Exterior Source is definitely 5-stars.

This is our third experience with Exterior Source and it was great all 3 times. We appreciate the hands on supervision start to finish by owner Kristian Lindberg. This project replacing our roof was most efficient hard working crew. Mary in the office is always so pleasant and helpful.

I found myself in a tough situation when we discovered a leaking roof. I couldn’t believe our roof could be the problem since it had only been replaced six years ago. We had used Exterior Source in the past for our gutters and were extremely pleased, so we decided to call them again.

Kristian came out and took the time to explain—thoughtfully and thoroughly—what was going on. He provided detailed photos and showed incredible patience with my millions of questions. We learned our entire roof had been damaged and was installed improperly, but Kristian and the entire team made the process as smooth as possible.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Communication was prompt, scheduling was quick, and the job was completed in just one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and getting our home back to tip-top shape.

We’re so thankful for their expertise, but even more for the trust they build through kindness, transparency, and quality work backed by a solid warranty. I would highly recommend Exterior Source to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Kristian and his team installing a new roof and gutters. The guys were meticulous and professional to the point that not a single roofing nail was left in my yard. Kristian made it a point to keep me informed of the progress throughout the project and stopped by both days to check on his team. The finished job looks better than I had imagined and Kristian was kind enough to recommend other professionals that he trusts to help with additional house projects that have been sitting on my to do list for way too long.

Kristian and his employees did an excellent job for us! The job was done with care and attention to detail with careful clean up at the end of each day. We had them add a window to our family room to match an existing window. It looks so good you’d think it was always there. They also added a storm door, built patio steps and rekeyed my door so they all the doors use the same key. Everything was done to perfection! I highly recommend Exterior Source!

Didn't call me back after leaving a message. Called on Tuesday left a message and nothing. I was recommended to use MoldX by Americool after getting service. I will be calling other companies to get my duct work cleaned.

MoldX was recommended by a friend and came to our home. At first they seemed really on the ball. They knew what they were talking about and were able to give us solutions to fix our mold problem. They came out once and started the process. They never finished the job and we were unable to get ahold of them. We called, went by their office, and emailed. We got no response and my husband ended up spending a ton of extra money to complete their job for them. I feel like we paid them a lot of money for us to do the work. To this day we have not heard back from them. We will look elsewhere for future mold issues.

We’ve had MOLDX for several issues and they do a great job. Today we had them do a dryer vent cleaning. The team is very professional, and I love the fact they clean up as they go. Great job guys! Thank you !

Americool has been working with MoldX for over 8 years. They have done a very good job with all our customers. The feedback we've received from our clients about MoldX has been amazing. Would highly recommend them!!

I discovered that I had a problem with moisture in my crawl space and called MoldX for help. I could not be more pleased with the service. They explained all of the options and served as an advisor as I thought about the best solutions. I decided to invest in the E-Z Breathe System and could not be happier.

When the team did the installation work, they were professional and courteous.

In the end, MoldX helped me avoid a much bigger (and costlier) problem. I highly recommend their work. They are a great company to work with.

Impressed at how responsive they were. My gf and I smelled something moldy around the house. As we worked our nostrils on overtime, we realized the smell was coming from the vents. We were able to get someone in the next day after a holiday weekend. Our vents were inspected right away. Great to have met the owner as well. Thanks Chuck for your explanation on weather changes and happy to hear it wasn't mold. Still looking forward to getting our vents cleaned with you guys in the future!

I have not only been a customer, but I’ve worked hand-in-hand with Mold-X in midlothian Virginiafor many years and I must say their work is absolute top-notch. Whether if it’s being one of the only providers for Mica toxin, remediation or Crawlspace encapsulation you can always count on them to come with their best foot forward. Whenever I have the opportunity, I don’t hesitate to refer Mold-X to my customers because I know they will always Deliver results above expectations!

MoldX is the "bomb" for any mold remediation issues you may have in your home! Chuck Sardelis did a complete complimentary quote of my crawlspace. Recently, he and his technician, Steve, cleaned my dryer vent (thank goodness; it had been years and was full to the brim)! They are friendly, reliable, professional, and honest! If you are wondering if you need your crawlspace inspected, and dryer vent cleaned, call MoldX today!

My only complaint is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER !!?!?! Especially with one of my kids having allergy issues, hearing Chuck tell us about the mold in our system was pretty jarring and to think we've been in this house 21 years and never had our ducts cleaned. Well, thanks to Chuck's guys they are clean now and I can already feel (and smell) the difference !

Karen Clifton is a great resource and knowledgeable in what they due and offer. I would highly recommend:)
