Hi highly recommend Alpha Exterior Solutions based on their outstanding quality of service, professionalism, and results. We had our house Soft Washed, exterior windows cleaned and gutters cleaned. From initial contact to job completion they were responsive, timely, and highly professional and customer focused. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I had my 3 story townhouse, windows, awning, and deck furniture soft washed. The guys did an amazing job! They were polite and after introductions and confirmation of the work to be done, they got right to it.
The fees charged I found to be reasonable and will be using them going forward. Highly recommend!

I don’t leave many reviews but felt compelled to. I had a GREAT experience with James (owner) and his company, He quickly replied to my request and got back to me with a quote very quickly. I like the easy communication by text. He kept me informed through the multi day process of stripping then restaining and sealing process of my deck. I can’t recall his name but also his employee that did the work was great. Very personable and dog friendly too! Bottom line I’m very pleased with the final product and happy I came across this company. Highly recommend!!!

We moved to Richmond just over three years ago and I have tried another competitor window cleaning company three different times and they never improved and I was so disappointed with them. I tried Alpha for exterior window cleaning and the difference is night and day! They were on time, courteous, but most importantly did an absolutely fantastic job compared to the other company! Also, they were about half the price of the other company. I just did outside to test them out, but will definitely have them do both inside and outside next time, as well as we have some power washing needs.

Matthew came to the house and gave us a quote for soft washing the exterior of our house along with washing the windows inside and out. Irvin & David M. showed up to perform the work on time as scheduled and were polite and respectful both inside and outside the house, they did a GREAT job!!! The results are better than expected the windows sparkle and the exterior of the house looks great.

Chris and his team at Kitchen Guard were great. I was shopping estimates, and they were the only company that got back to me, but also in a timely manner. They were very professional and very neat in their work. Will use them again!

Lynne does fantastic work. She was very thorough, respectful and worked with my quirks and emotional state. When she left, I felt relieved... i could breathe again in my own home. She's such a blessing! It's been about a year now and I have taken her concepts and applied them in my new home. I always declutter with a 3 bucket system and understand the importance of storage/organization, even if it's from the dollar tree. She is a true gem!!
