Roland was on time, very pleasant and hard working!! He did an excellent job! He explained the process and safety measures and protected our walls from any damage. He cleaned up afterwards, leaving everything in order.

Dametre always does an OUTSTANDING job! He is so considerate, professional and thorough! My house always looks brand new when he’s done and the house smells amazing. Syour was amazing super great guy very respectful and trustworthy, my sofa has never looked better smells great ,overall great work came the same day appreciate the services and know where to go next time. Prices were a little rough but everything in life right now is expensive. Im very happy overall with all that was done

Jerome did an excellent job cleaning my rugs and furniture. He was a nice dude who thoroughly explained what I'd need to do as the items dry. Will definitely call for future service and fingers crossed I get Jerome again!

I have been with Stanley Steemer for many years and Bruno is the best technician I have seen. He explained everything even though I am a returning customer. He was professional in his mannerisms and his work was outstanding. I am on a one plan and will request for him to return for my next cleaning. Super job, Bruno.

Randolph & Christian did a great job with today's cleaning appt. They were efficient, getting the job done quickly but not where it felt rushed. They were both professional & polite. I would be willing to recommend them to anyone needing to have carpets & chairs cleaned.

Jerome was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I asked him questions about a future cleaning I would like to get (carpet and air ducts) and he gave me some good recommendations.

The NICEST guys! They did not try to oversell their product and were not pushy... BUT they made great suggestions that resulted in a few minor add-ons. (I would love to have them back next time!) They cleaned an oversized sectional, 2 area rugs, and a room with carpeting that had some pet stains. I'm so happy that I agreed to have them clean my tile and grout in my laundry room/pantry and back entrance. It had NEVER been cleaned since it was installed 9 years ago - Now looks brand new!

Bruno and Caleb came into my home with professionalism. They were really kind and informative. They were on time and worked hard the entire time. They had a big job to get my carpet clean and they got it done. It smells so good. I am very happy and i hope to have Stanley Steemer back soon to clean my air ducts and dryer vent.

Christian cleaned the carpet at my mother's home today. He worked quickly and was patient with our questions. The carpet looks great overall, but we were disappointed to see that he did not move small furniture to clean the carpet under and behind several pieces and under the recliner chairs. Those areas still look terrible. I don't understand why techs don't move small furniture to clean under it.

Also, NO ONE called me in advance to say they were on their way. I drove 70 miles to my mother's home and Christian was already there and setting up when I got there. Luckily, my brother decided to get there early. I don't know who was supposed to call me, but they did not, and I found that very disappointing. Almost all companies these days give you a heads up when they are coming to your home.

Very pleased with my experience with Stanley Steemer. Randolph was prompt and did wonderful job cleaning and sealing our bathroom grout.

My technician was Bruno, I had deep cleaning service. Bruno, was very polite and professional you could tell he took his job seriously he explained every step in detail and gave favorable recommendations. He did a great job! My carpet almost looked new !! once he finished and it was overdue. I was pleased and will request him for next visit.

My technician, Dametre, was absolutely wonderful. He was respectful, quick, and he even got some stubborn stains out that we didn’t think would lift! I was able to schedule easily online and received timely updates on when my technician would arrive. Will absolutely use them again!

Great first experience with this location! Bobby and Dametre arrived within the expected timeframe and were professional and friendly throughout our interaction. They answered my questions and worked efficiently together to get the job done in a timely manner.

Bobby was great. He answered all my questions. He pointed out details and taught me a few things that is useful knowledge. The carpet looks fantastic. I highly recommend! We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Samuel was extremely thorough and friendly. He really made sure to pay extra attention to areas of concern, and even others that I hadn't quite caught. He went back and put some extra elbow grease into places he thought could be better. Very happy with his attention to detail and work ethic.
