I wish I could give Roland of Stanley Steemer many more stars! He was absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job. His workmanship was impeccable and my carpets look wonderful! He has earned a new lifetime returning customer. Each time a schedule a service, I will be sure to ask for Roland! Along with the excellent job he did, he was soo nice and pleasant as well!

Best service ever. Mav showed up right on time and explained everything he could do to help bring my carpet back to life. Very personable young man. Will definitely be using Stanley Steamer again.

Dametre was amazing. He was professional, efficient and did a wonderful job on our tiled kitchen floor which he sealed and our two area rugs. We are ready for the holidays! Thank you, Dametre!!!

It didn't take them long to do two big rooms, a hallway and 2 full staircases. I am extremely happy with what they were able to accomplish. And the price was reasonable! I will be using them from now on. They do try to sell you on extras, but their professionalism and customer service was excellent! I will be asking for Randolph again. Thank you sooooo much for the small miracle accomplished on this cold day!

Samuel and Christian were professional, courteous a pleasure to talk to and do business with our bedroom and closet carpet were stained from 4 years of daily use, we had a pet also. I actually didn't think our carpet would come as clean as it did or that the stains would come out Samuel & Christian with Stanley Steemer did an absolutely amazing job. Our carpets look brand new and smell amazing, we definitely will use them again.

My wife and I were quite impressed with Dametre’s work. For future service we will request him. We were booked for a sofa and loveseat cleaning. He noticed our area rug needed cleaning. I was going to do that later (with my machine) but he gave us a reasonable price so that was added to the list. Again we were VERY pleased that this was the person you sent to our home today.

The two gentlemen who took care of the 5 areas which needed attention were not only friendly, but they also efficiently explained my options, which made it very easy for me to make good decisions. I'm very happy with the carpet/tile-grout/wood cleaning that was performed and would highly recommend using Stanley Steemer. Thanks!

Beware! If I could give this review no stars, I would. We had a container of laundry detergent spill on our new carpet in our upstairs hallway. I called Stanley Steamer, asked if they could come and work on just the stain which I was told they could for the price of getting a room cleaned $125 which I was fine with. I told the gentlemen again on the phone I only wanted the spill worked on, and since I have not used this company prior I trusted his response. When the technician arrived he would not take his shoes off or put foot protection on his shoes even though we asked him to. He walked up our stairs with mud on the bottom of his shoes, again we told him he was bringing in mud and could he take his shoes off. He would not and no matter how many times we said to him we only wanted the spot cleaned, he proceeded to spray our entire hall with his chemicals while my husband and I begging him to stop. No time during the entire time at our house would he respect our wishes, he drug in more mud and proceeded to spray and use his machine on our stairs as well as the hall. I was to the point of tears, this was new carpet with a protective coating he just destroyed. When I contacted this company about what occurred the only thing they offered was to send someone else out. After this ordeal we would not allow anyone else from this firm back into our home and ask for a refund or at least a partial refund. Our new carpet now looks like it is 10 years old from the chemicals put on it, there is a huge stain on our bottom step where he obviously put too much. All I originally asked for was a refund of my $125 for the destruction of my carpet, and they refused. I plan on taking them to small claims court over the cost of replacing my hall and staircase carpet (approx $3000) and reporting them to the BBB.
**********In response to the reply from Stanley Steamer on this post, the management did contact me back when I called to tell them what happened, and the only thing they offered was to send another tech to our house. To ruin more carpet???? The first guy did not even attempt to clean the spot we called about. No thank you! Poor poor customer service. **********

The techs were absolutely amazing! The job done was outstanding. David actually found my mother's lost diamond ring that had been missing for a year. He was very excited to return it to me as was I to receive it. I just dont feel that you can trust all people anymore and this definitely said something about their kindness.

There is nothing better than clean carpets when you have dogs! I bought the package last year and found Stanley Steamer and their employees to be incredibly kind and helpful! When Christian came on very short notice today I was reminded why. He was great and did a wonderful job! Today was my last cleaning in the package I bought last year so I renewed the service. Thanks for the great work!

Excellent Service. I was treated like a VIP,. Our technician, Syour, ensured that everything he cleaned was totally satisfactory to us. Syour was Friendly, Courteous and Considerate. I would recommend Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning and ask for Syour to be your technician. I can not give him enough praise.

Jerome and Mathew did a fantastic job and were very professional. I will use SS again and ask for these guys! The last stairs photos should have a before and after, they were heavily soiled and came out far better than expected!!!

Highly recommend! Windows look fabulous as we decorate for the holiday season. Very professional crew and easy to work with.

Our windows were sparkling after Living Waters cleaned not only the windows but sills and frames too! Great communication and pleasant, hardworking and detailed employees. They have also cleaned our skylights, which power washing companies couldn’t reach. Will definitely hire this fine company again.

Juan did a great job on our windows and vinyl porch panels. He worked by himself until the job was done. I would recommend them.

These gentlemen were so kind and polite! My neighborhood tends to get a ton of door-to-door salesmen and usually they are extremely pushy and end up being blacklisted quickly. But these gentlemen, including a youngster that lives in our neighborhood, were very kind, prepared to accept "no" as an answer, and very efficient when competing the job. I even set an appointment for the same time next year! Wish I had taken before and after photos because their work was great!
