I've found the best House Cleaning. MaidPro is so organized, excellent customer service, always want to make sure the cleaning is up to our satisfaction. They asked if they could sweep my front porch because it was so dusty and leaves everywhere. I wish I could have them everyday to take care of my needs.

This was our first experience with MaidPro, and we're over the moon. Gabe and Melissa were totally professional and devoted to making everything perfect, and Jaime made absolutely sure we were happy. We can't wait to have them back--our house has never been so clean!

The customer service with Maid Pro is absolutely amazing. Jonathan, the owner, is available to answer any questions and calls to introduce himself prior to your initial cleaning and after to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I just signed up and had my first cleaning and couldn't be happier! My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! My home was clean and smelled amazing. I can't thank Maid Pro enough! This is an employee owned company. They provide wonderful attention and are a high service company. As a realtor, I really appreciate their quick response time and attention to detail. I appreciate that they get to know a little about the client and what the client expects. Katie did a wonderful job with my fathers house. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering using MaidPro.

MaidPro was extremely professional and left my home feeling the cleanest it has felt since we moved into our home over four years ago! Wonderful experience! We we very nervous because we have used a few different cleaners and never seemed completely satisfied but this was not the case! Besa and Jenny were our cleaners and they were very professional and very attentive, they even gave our dog lots of loving!!! Highly recommend for a beautiful clean house.

Update: After a few years of using MaidPro, I'm still excited to come home to my freshly cleaned house! The service they offer is still top tier, and I am so grateful. Huge shout out to Janae who made my glass stove top look new again! She is a one-person powerhouse!

The first clean was immaculate and extremely thorough. Jada is by far the best of anyone else who cleaned our home. Anytime we got anyone else, it was inconsistent (never swept under the couch, would stay for 1.5 hours and charge for 3-4, didn’t do what they checked off the checklist). I ended up stopping services after the last individual left beds unmade and didn’t even attempt to sweep the floors. It’s a bummer because I really enjoyed having a clean home when my expectations were met. Too inconsistent for the price paid in my opinion.

Update: I also see that the owner replied to my review with inaccurate information and there is no way for me to reply to him. Yes they do call after each clean, however if you are unable to answer they go ahead and charge your credit card on file. I did not tip the last person who cleaned my house as several things were not done and that was the last time I used MaidPro. I had already had issues with quality and were resolved my giving a partial refund, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t dismiss the quality issue. My house key was also lost somehow by one of the other MaidPros that visited early on. If you’re looking for consistency, I do not recommend MaidPro.

This was our first time having our house cleaned by MaidPro and we couldn't be happier! Keri & Madison did such an amazing & thorough job! Our bathrooms, bedrooms, & kitchen look great and everything feels so fresh and clean. We can't wait until the next time!

Excellent business to work with! We needed a very thorough clean of our house, and the office staff was so helpful in organizing our cleaning for the very next day. The two ladies who came to clean the house were polite and professional, working around two adults working from home, two kids, and a dog and a cat without complaint. They were very thorough in their cleaning, too! I was so pleased with the way that our home sparkled after the cleaning and will very gladly use MaidPro of Midlothian again as it was an excellent value and a job very well done!

Update: the owner canceled all of my upcoming cleans without informing me after my review. Beware of letting people into your home without you there if they can retaliate like this for a simple google review.

Major privacy violations

We have been customers of MaidPro for over a year and have had a mostly positive experience until recently. On Friday, a new cleaner came to our home and stayed for 7.5 hours but still did not complete the cleaning—something our regular cleaner typically accomplishes in about 3.5 hours. This was disruptive to our evening, as we have young children, and it was not the quality of service we were accustomed to. We spoke to the owner to request that only our usual cleaner be sent moving forward to avoid such disruptions. During this conversation, I offered to send pictures of the incomplete cleaning, to which the owner replied that he already had pictures.

I was shocked and disturbed by this response, as I had not sent any pictures. When I asked how he had them, he revealed that their cleaners routinely take before-and-after photos of clients' homes on their personal devices and share them with management. This practice was never disclosed to us, nor was it included in our contract. When I expressed concern, the owner admitted it was not in the contract but claimed it was standard practice to document their work.

This raises significant privacy and security concerns:

Cleaners use their personal phones, which may upload these photos to shared or private cloud storage. The images likely include timestamps, geolocation, and intimate details about our home, including the layout, security features, entrance/exit points, where valuables are stored, and where residents sleep.

Photos of personal items, family pictures, children's rooms, toys, and even private workspaces are being taken without our consent. These images could potentially be accessed by anyone with access to the cleaners' cloud storage or devices, including family members or others in shared environments.

When we began using MaidPro, we were assured of privacy and confidentiality. We never consented to having our home photographed, and we find this practice an egregious violation of trust. Had this policy been disclosed upfront, we would have reconsidered using this service. Transparency and respect for clients' privacy are non-negotiable, and this experience has left us deeply disappointed and uneasy about continuing with MaidPro.

If you value your privacy and security, I strongly encourage you to consider these practices before hiring this company.

This is my second review because I am now working with a different Pro and she is excellent. MaidPro has made my life a lot easier and they have been very flexible with my schedule. I want to thank my Pro, Jenny. This is the 3rd time she has been assigned to my home and I hope she stays. She is thorough and has complied with my requests on how I want my floors cleaned. I was skeptical about trying another maid service due to having bad experiences with other companies, but I was absolutely thrilled with the job Nicole and Lacee did today!!! Maidpro has made my life so much less stressful to be able to come home to a clean house after work. Will definitely continue our monthly service!

Jade and Aidan were super nice and professional from the time they arrived. They helped make me feel normal in how bad the first time was, as well as Jade was super personable and made it feel like a friend had come over to help me. The super visor over them came to help and was super personable as well. They made sure that the items were organized and cleaned. Even made the bed which I didn’t expect. Way worth the money and honestly priced cheap and affordable

I have been using MaidPro of Midlothian for a little over a year. They do a great job, are on time, and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Five stars!
