Amazing cleaning crew!!! Arguably the best in the short pump/chester / midlothian/ Richmond area. They have all of the fancy equipment and super kind cleaners. We had our home remodeled recently and they were delightful. Avery was super kind, detail-oriented, and helpful despite all of my curiosities!

I personally don’t like their service from day 1. Still I wanted to give a try since I don’t want to judge in the 1st time. I used their service for past 3 months. 1st time- they broke our microwave ring. 2nd time- made scratch on the toilet and didn’t even move the small plant pots during cleaning.3rd time - they didn’t clean the hood filter and trash was not taken out. All these services are included. As I report,they mentioned sorry.we will note down in the book!!! Don’t recommend to anyone

The team is very attentive to details. My house looks and smells wonderful.

I have used 5 star maids a couple of times. THe second time was a final cleanout for moving. When I returned home after the cleaning there was a bleach stain on my bathroom counter that was NOT there when I left home. I called, I texted, No response. 1 day from closing and walkthrough and I received no help to remove the bleach stain. I will not recommend them going forward as they do not stand behind their work.

I love to come home after Five Star Maids have been there, it smells so clean and my floors shine. I especially love how my sink sparkles. I am so happy with this business and their work ethics. They do a wonderful job; I would highly recommend this company.

In the beginning we were very pleased with five star maids, but as time went on the quality of work changed. Some things I documented to share in email with the owner, some things I didn't mention. Over time we noticed the attention to detail just wasn't being met, with too many times where I would find myself doing things that should have been done with the cleaning service. We stopped using this company when I found myself questioning character/integrity. Once trust is broken there's no place to go. Mistakes happen, and when they do I feel to exercise total transparency is best. If something gets broken during cleaning, I feel it should be brought to attention of home owner immediately, to simply take the broken item and leave without mentioning it, is not what I'd expect. Furthermore, nothing should be taken from home owners property without home owners knowledge, even if broken during cleaning, it is still property of home owner. Again, we were extremely pleased in beginning but the shift was definitely noticed.

I have been using five star maids for two years and constantly need to call them with issues and problems. They have scratched all of my furniture and continuously promise to bring a stain that will make it look better again. However they have never brought the stain. They often miss cleaning Key areas Like my Kitchen table. I asked them to come for a spring cleaning and my windows were left smeared and I could barely see out them. Again when I talk to them about the issue they say they’ll fix it but they never do. If you care about your home I would not use them.

I cannot say enough good things about Five Star Maids!! I had an amazing experience from start to finish. When I came home from work my house looked Perfect!!

House looks perfect! Bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors look amazing. And, I have pets and they understood and worked around them well. Great team! I will definitely use them again!
