Five Star Maids have been cleaning my home for about five years. Obviously I am more than pleased. They do a wonderfully job and are very accommodating when I need to change the time of my scheduled appointments. I give them five stars.

I have used Five Star Maids for several years now. They are absolutely the most accommodating cleaning service out there. They come as scheduled and do a fantastic job every time. If at any time you want something done differently or something extra they ALWAYS meet your needs. Highly recommended.

Worst maid service I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional. Broke globe and didn't replace it or refund for it. Still left house dirty. One of the maids talked on the phone in another language the entire time she was here. Horrible. Would not ever ever recommend.

I highly recommend 5 Star Maids for the thorough and friendly service of each team member. Lisa is always willing to adjust schedules if needed and she responds to issues immediately.

Maybe it's me, or maybe it's them... but something has changed with Five Star Maids. In the past 8 years, they have cleaned our home every two weeks without fail. They've always been on time, and do a great job. In the past year however, communication breakdowns have occurred on a regular basis, and we've had our cleaning times changed without notice on many occasions. Today might have been the worst. Our cleaning was scheduled to occur between 3-4pm. At around 12:45, I received a text saying that our cleaners would arrive in 10 minutes. We are seniors, who just can't move that quickly. We could probably deal with them being an hour early, but more than 2hrs, - no way! When I called to get an explanation for the time change, we were told that do to the recent snow, some rescheduling had to occur, and we could (basically) take it or leave it. We decided to leave it. If you start the day knowing that you need to do some reshuffling, why not call your customers and let them know. A little communication goes a long way. I'm not sure what to do after this experience, as this is not the first time that this has happened. We have had an overall great experience with this company. But, maybe it's time for a change.

We absolutely LOVE Five Star Maids. Sonja and Team Blue are so efficient, thorough and good at their jobs. They are friendly and always come on time. They are always accommodating to our schedule and our needs. We will continue to have Five Star Maids come and recommend them to everyone we know.

It takes a LOT to wow me, and when I arrived home after my first cleaning, I was seriously WOWED. I've had many different folks clean for me over the years (at my home and my real estate clients') and Five Star is truly 5 star. They far outdid any other experience I've ever had. Consider me a fan!

Our home required a thorough cleaning and the team from Five Star Maids delivered. They had a crew of 3 and they took about 3.5 hours to complete their cleaning. They did a great job and were very thorough. I am very picky and I did point out a few furniture edges that they missed that they subsequently quickly remediated. We're planning to sign on to a bi-weekly plan with them going forward. Pleased thus far!

Shout out to Sonia and her blue team with Five Star Maids. I have been so pleased with their work over the last year. They are always friendly, respectful and do a great job getting my house looking tip top. I also appreciate their flexibility as my schedule frequently changes. I've used Five Star Maids several times over the past 7-8 years. I am now a regular customer. I've had the silver, purple and yellow team and I have enjoyed their cleanings.

My very first cleaning, quite a few things were missed and it was supposed to be a deep clean. I emailed and they immediately sent another team out to remedy the situation. This second team did an amazing job! I really appreciated their efforts to make us happy and treat us well. Their customer service has been incredible. The way we were treated so well is why I wanted to stay a customer.

Since then, I'd chatted with the ladies when they arrive to note where I wanted some special attention (IE: Roll away the island to clean under it, etc.) and they have dones amazing jobs. We've enjoyed each team that has come and feel the quality is consistent across most of them.

Their office manager, Lisa, is wonderful to work with. She emails back within minutes, is informative and helpful with any questions we may have.

I have referred several people to them. Thank you, 5 Star Maids!

Five Star Maids was responsive, thorough and professional! From scheduling with Lisa... to the hard working ladies who made my new home ready to live in... I highly recommend them!!

What an absolutely amazing company. I’m I started by delivering some of their groceries to them and was greeted with the kindest and most loving smiles. I was an interested in their services and they were so prompt to answer all of my questions and I can honestly tell you, my house has never looked so good. Lorelei is one of the kindest human beings and I truly feel like a miracle just landed in my lap. A messy house causes me so much anxiety and I can not tell you the difference in my life. This has all made.

Five Star Maids are professional and courteous and always leave our home looking great. The staff is wonderful especially the front office who always responds promptly and in person to any request and is quick to resolve any issue.

It's a bit tricky trying to work from home when they're there because there's just not many places in the house to go where they are not. That's not really their fault but it is easier when they send smaller crews instead of larger ones.

We were on a regular monthly schedule of cleanings with this company for about 6 months, and in that course of time, we experienced far too many issues to continue working with them. From the staff flooding our gas stove (causing it to click constantly and malfunction for more than 24 hours), forgetting to make beds, and leaving our floors so slick my daughter slipped and fell (and I, 6 months pregnant at the time, almost did the same)… on top of being overcharged from our agreed-upon rate… I can’t say I’d recommend working with Five Star Maids.

The Five Star team did and immaculate job on my house! We have 2 giant slobbery dogs and 3 cats and it’s just too much for me to keep up with. They deep cleaned everything and took so much burden off me and I get to enjoy a beautifully clean house! Looking forward to regular service!

I have been with them since Nov/Dec 2024 and they provides excellent cleaning services for my home. After they leave my home smells clean and fresh. Much better than my previous service.
