Place looks sad, ran down. The garden section is empty and just looks like they are going out of business.

I recently experienced "GREAT" customer service by 3 ladies that I would like to give a "Shout out To" in lawn & Garden Department on 3/18/2018 !!!

Their names are; - Lori K, Whitney T, & Gracey Y.

I came in & picked up 65 Bags of stone on two different trips, & they jumped on the forklift & helped me load stone. Thanks Gals !

The manager here cannot coordinate his own people to help customers.

I purchased some damaged bags of mulch and garden soil and ask the clerk for some plastic to cover the back of my van so the dirt would not spill all over the floor her reply was we don't have any plastic I said just something to cover floor floor she said once again we don`t have any I said well then take the items back I don't them she said go to customer service and another employee heard what was happening and he said I will get you some plastic and he did and helped me load it. A clerk that will not assist a customer should not be waiting on the public. I will not shop at this Home Depot again because Lowes is also close and friendly employees. And yes Home Depot can have my credit card back I will not be using it.

I've come to realize that Home Depot is like Target, while Lowe’s feels more like Walmart. Every time I visit, there are knowledgeable employees around, ready to help. Unlike my experiences at Lowe’s, I’ve actually been able to get wood cut here without being told the machine is broken or that no one knows how to use it. The same goes for the blind-cutting service—someone is always available and knows what they’re doing. It’s nice to shop at a store where things feel more organized, and customer service is a priority.

RSG Landscaping does the lawn service for our HOA. I had some concerns that were addressed and the crew member did a great job!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Rsg has been servicing my property for a little over a year now and I must say Marlon and his crew (Lazaro & Siveno) exceeds expectation week in and week out. Not only do they display their incredible work ethic but they do it in a polite & respectable manner. I appreciate all of their hard work & dedication.

A 5 year old could cut better grass. I live in a HOH that has Lawn care company come out and this is hands down the worst company you could hire. They always miss weed waxing spots and spots with the mower. They never blow of drive way completely. And the company will not answer the phone to hear your complaint. It truly a poorly ran business.

How the results look is a couple of months away. But Eric at EKG is responsive and has a very on the ball staff. They made sure I knew how to set up for them and when they came they were very efficient and gone in under an hour. They did numerous passes and lots of seed and fertilizer with extremely large efficient riding aerators!
For me the best part is cost. I figure rental and tax on a Core Aerator was about $100 and then add fertilizer and several bags of seed and it would be at least another $100. So for $225 more I had a team of professionals in and out in an hour. I did not have to life a 250 Lb aerator into my truck, nor Schlep several bags to my truck. I also did not have to unload and then relaod and again unload the aerator nor push the thing around 1/2 acre several times and then do 4 or more passages with the seed and the fertilizer.
Why the heck didn't I do it this way before? Because most other lawn service companies that have the big equipment will only provide such services if you will sign up for an ongoing maintenance service contract. Eric is pleased to provide ala carte services. If I do not move anytime soon I will be calling EKG again and again!

Eric and his crew have been doing my yard for the past 3 years. Eric is a constant professional and trustworthy. If he tells you something, it is the truth. I highly recommend using EKG.

I don’t know where to begin, I certainly can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team. I started using them last year for mulching and shrubbery trimming and I have never been happier. They just finished up on my property today and it looks amazing as always. Eric is extremely responsive and professional and will take care of whatever you need! Highly recommend.

EKG Lawn Services are a fantastic partner in our lawn maintenance and varying other services. They manage our shrub trimming, seeding, mulching, and so much more. We could not be more grateful for the quality and professionalism in which they perform their services. If you live in the Brandermill, Winterpock, or Collington areas, you are missing out if you are not using EKG!!

Eric visited and discussed our requirements for the backyard. He designed the new layout with plants with plenty of our input and his great suggestions. Today his crew did the planting and mulching and the backyard looks fabulous! I'm so pleased with EKG Lawn Services!

EKG has been aerating, seeding and landscaping our lawn for many years now. Very professional, responsive and on time. Great quality of work and value. They have greatly increased the beauty of our lawn and the value of our house.

The guys did a great job on mulching several areas for us. Left the walkways and driveway spotless afterwards. They far exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a 100% recommendation to anyone. I’ll be having them do my fall cleanup this year as well after this experience with them.

My experience with Eric was excellent. He was very responsive and gave good advice. Pricing was reasonable. Eric and crew did a great job on the shrubs/small trees on the property, were on time, quick about their work, and left the site clean upon completion. Overall, a great experience!

This company is honest and fair. Last year I was seeking a lawn care company on whom I could depend while traveling. Eric and his staff have been excellent. They provide timely updates on my lawn’s health and keep it looking its best. When something comes up or when I have a question they are easily reached. Plus, their prices are super competitive. Highly recommend this company.

I have used EKG Lawn Services several times and they never disappoint. The last time was to clean up my landscaping and mulch, trim trees and shrubs, and redefine the beds. They were on-time, did excellent work, and cleaned up the sidewalk and driveway when finished. I will continue to use EKG and have recommended them to several neighbors.

“Jackson” and crew did a beautiful job blowing leaves on my extra large lot. They followed our preferences, were fast and thorough. Highly recommend EKG.
