Reply nice team! I didn’t expect them to take responsibility for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, but also didn’t take responsibility for the marked line. Thankfully it was only $45.00 of damage but for a job that cost over 25K that seemed a little silly.
They are also tough to get ahold of after the job was done to fix issues. Except for a few issues they did a good job. They are typical contractors though, so keep that in mind.

Our experience with Commonwealth Curb Appeal was outstanding from start to finish. Josh, Rachel, and Sarah were all great at communicating with us, providing information, and giving updates as the project progressed. The installation team was excellent and professional, especially working during the hottest week of the summer! The finished product is beautiful and we've already put the patio to good use. We especially loved the attention to detail everyone had throughout the project. Would definitely work with this team again!

The Rosete Family exceeded our expectations for our patio project. Drainage had been an issue in our backyard for a long time, and they were able to incorporate a solution in an affordable and effective way. If you’re looking for a local family owned business that does quality paver work at a reasonable price use Rosete! I cannot recommend them enough! I have had a wonderful experience with Rosete Hardscapes! They recently installed a paver patio in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier! Their price is reasonable and their work is impeccable with attention to detail. We signed the contract and almost within a week they started and finished the project. They created exactly what we asked for and provided advice and communicated so well along the whole process. An added bonus was that they are a local family owned business and do all of the work themselves so good quality work is ensured! Rosete Hardscapes worked on upgrading my back patio. I picked them because I felt they invested the time to really understand my needs, and getting to a final design that ticked all the boxes in a collaborative manner with helpful discussions along the way. I enjoyed contracting with this local family business: they care about their clients - transparent communication throughout, detailed quotes, professional delivery. They also work with other local businesses and project manage all the parties' input - in my case electricians and carpenters. A year into the patio being there, I noticed that the water flow was not quite right after big rainfalls, and the handrail for the stairs had issues - they came back and fixed everything at no extra cost. I am very happy with the final output and highly recommend for your patio/pool needs. A few visitors have commented on how good my patio looks, and mentioned Rosete's name just by looking at it - their reputation precedes them!

From start to finish they keep you in the loop as well as let you know of any challenges and changes that need to be made and get your approval before proceeding.

They will show up on time all of the time and will show up with smiles on their faces and be extremely kind to you all throughout the process of your project!

We used Rosete Hardscapes to design a patio for our home. The space was not usable for grass and we were not sure how best to make the space work. Rosete did a fantastic job from start to finish and created exactly the patio we were looking for. The communication from the team is exceptional and they were always willing to help. We never felt pressured into doing something we did not want, unlike other patio construction companies we talked with. I highly recommend Rosete if you want a great patio, a very reasonable price, and wonderful communication throughout. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely professional site evaluation and planning with laser and water levels (not just eyeball). Rafael thought of things in the design we would not have thought of. Fully satisfactory drawings and plans to give to the HOA to get approval! The workmen were focused and meticulous in their work. Neighbor across the street wanted their business card after he saw how thoroughly they cleaned the street (mud from track vehicle, etc.)

I wouldn't hesitate to use Rosete Hardscapes again. They do excellent work and are very reliable. They keep in constant contact letting you know when they will start work. If there is a delay they also let you know. This is unusual today. Many times I've had experience with no shows and late shows. This doesn't happen with Rosete. An excellent reliable company

I cannot recommend Rafael and Rosete Hardscapes enough. We had a job that many companies would have walked away from complicated by a tricky permitting situation. Raphael was patient and offered helpful guidance all along the way, even working directly with the city to make sure our job met all the requirements. When it came time to pour the concrete, the team was prompt and even finished ahead of schedule. It looks great and I am very happy with the result.

This company didn’t show up for my 9am estimate. When I reached out at 9:15 to see when they were coming (after they sent me a confirmation text the day I booked the appointment and then again the morning of the appointment to which I replied immediately confirming the appointment again) they said I wasn’t on their calendar. Then instead of getting me in right away, they wanted me to wait another week or more. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Its been a pleasure working with the crew from Rosete-hardscapes. They worked with me to get my retaining wall project done. They worked quickly and did a great job.
