Rosete Hardscapes installed a new front walk and a garden bed retaining wall in our front yard. Abraham and his crew did quality work and even completed the project prior to their initial estimated start date. We found Abraham to be flexible and genuinely interested in our satisfaction with his work. He patiently researched options ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. Rosete Hardscapes was one of the greatest companies my wife and I have ever worked with. We wanted to have a patio that our family could use that would be safe and enjoyable for our 1 year old. It was replacing a wood deck that wasn’t child friendly. The Rosete family were so helpful at coming up with a design that was better than what we even envisioned. My husband found Rosete based on their reviews here, and they stand up to the hype! They have been amazing to work with from day one. We received a 3D design of what we could do around our pool, and they knocked it out of the park! They estimated 10 days to get it done (which, I thought was crazy fast), but they actually finished in seven! They’ve gone above and beyond every single day, and they’ve worked with us on minor updates and additions along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic hardscaper AND landscaper. The photos are from the last day when it was about 99% complete.

Rosete fulfilled everything we asked for and the finished product looks amazing.They listened to all of our design requests and put their own twist on our patio. Due to a heavy slope in our backyard it wasn’t as clear cut as we initially thought but with every hurdle they faced they reached out and we came up with a resolution together. We were up against a timeline and they worked with us and finished early. Don’t hesitate to hire rosete!! We will reach out in the future if we decide to install a pool or walkway or any general hardscaping needs.

Very efficient crew, very responsive to my needs, and not averse to making changes. They had my patio and wall installed in two days, at a very reasonable rate. I was so impressed, I recommended them to my sister, and they did a fabulous job for her too.

We had a wonderful experience with Rosete Hardscapes! We interviewed a few different companies and loved their family run business from the beginning. They were prompt with their communication and fair with their pricing. They even went above and beyond to share suggestions and offer additional services we had not thought of. The team showed up on time and completed our project in less than 48 hours. We had a walkway and patio done in slate pavers and it is truly stunning. The craftsmanship was top notch and truly elevated our backyard in the Museum District. Could not recommend them more!

I added a paver patio and sideway to our new house. The whole experience was excellent. "I am reporting recurring professional misconduct and safety violations by this company in Chesterfield County. On multiple occasions during Spring 2024 to Fall 2024, their crew has parked their commercial rig directly in front of my trash cans on collection days, intentionally blocking county services.
Most concerning is their repeated violation of VA Code § 46.2-1239, which prohibits parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant and in front of private driveways. When I brought these safety hazards to the attention of 'Michael,' he claimed he could 'park wherever he wants' in this county.
This blatant disregard for Virginia parking laws and neighborhood safety is unacceptable. I now have to park my own vehicle on the street just to ensure I receive the trash pickup I pay for. If you value your neighborhood's safety and your relationship with your neighbors, I suggest looking elsewhere for landscaping services."

The landscapers that work for this company has blown debri and dirt on my car/truck everytime they come out in the parking lot of the business I work for I would not hire .

I've had Sunny Day for my leaf removal for several years. They do an amazing job! What takes me many weekends of hard work they do in a couple of hours. Not a leaf left in my entire yard!!! They also have aerated and seeded my yard and they do an excellent job. Would highly recommend Sunny Day.

We’ve been using Sunny Day for about a year now; they are doing all the grass treatments, seedings, and aerating- and doing it well at a reasonable price! They do not do our mowing, but do our neighbors. They also did some brush removal and backyard landscaping which was done very well. I’d recommend them 100% to anyone. The owner is a really nice person who did our estimate on both jobs. His wife works in the office and has always been there to help if needed.

Sunny Day provided absolutely excellent service during the nearly two years I lived in Richmond. From stump removal, sod laying, side yard renovation (seriously) to maintenance...everything was great. The value is amazing - much better pricing that Virginia Green and others in the area. Please consider Sunny Day and reach out to Mike/Nicole before signing a contract with the more "well-known" providers in Richmond.

Incredible landscaping job on our backyard! Had shopped around for a few quotes that were a little outside of our price range and all seemed to have their own input on what we should do to our backyard.

Sunny Day worked with what we wanted to do the entire time, built incredible drainage that we did not anticipate for, and truly transformed our backyard. The job included: building stone steps, building a stone seat wall, building a retaining wall, maintaining grade of ground, rock-scaping, building stone landing for steps and installing synthetic turf.

Great job, highly recommend and would use again.

When we called Sunny Day Landscaping, our backyard was a major hazard: overgrown with dead roots and weeds that attracted aggressive stinging insects, which was crucial to eliminate because one of our dogs is highly allergic.

Mike, the owner, was amazing! We initially only asked for a simple power rake, seed job, and a small patio for our grill, but Mike’s consultative approach impressed us immediately. He visited multiple times to discuss the true potential of the yard, providing greatg ideas that maximized the patio area while leaving plenty of space for our dogs to run.

We ended up with a gorgeous, curved 400 sq. ft. custom patio. Mike's expertise really shone when he suggested burying the downspouts beneath the patio with drainage, since we have a downward sloping yard. This critical detail will hopefully help with our sandy soil problem and ground bees—a brilliant solution we never would have considered.

Mike and his crew were extremely professional and punctual, efficiently tackling what turned out to be a larger project than expected. We absolutely LOVE our new patio and the peace of mind it gives us. We can't wait for the grass to grow in so we can send Mike the amazing before and after photos! We are already planning to hire Sunny Day Landscaping for our front yard in the spring and recommend them without hesitation!
