I recently tried this service after a friend recommended it to me. I had the pleasure of working with Karen, who was absolutely fantastic. She was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. She was able to come out the next day to evaluate the property and provided an estimate. They arrived the very next morning and did an exceptional job. They addressed every part of the exterior I requested and even cleaned areas I hadn’t thought to mention. We have had a few different companies for our window washing. I have left 5 star reviews for others as well. They either did not return my phone call this time or were outside of my budget. Shine definately 'outshined' them for this project.
Karen came and looked at the windows and left a quote the day after I called and we set a day immediately. The two guys showed and did a wonderful job. Shine Powerwashing went over and beyond what past power washers have done. The owner came to the house to give an estimate, rather than give an estimate using a photo, which is what other companies have done. The men doing the job were extremely polite and respectful. They engaged me in conversation to be sure they were doing what I expected. We will definitely use Shine again.

What a wonderful experience I had with Shine! They were on time and were so professional. Made sure that I inspected the windows before they replaced the screens (which they also cleaned).
