Glenn was friendly, knowledgeable and on-time. He was very efficient in his work and explained to us the cause of the problems with our appliances, and what he would do to fix them, plus informed us of the pros and cons of repair v. replacement, when appropriate. His solutions seemed very straightforward, and we never felt that we were being oversold services. The pricing seemed very reasonable, too. One small problem: we discovered some still-wet dirty water spots on the carpet in front of our washer after it had been worked on. They cleaned up easily, but we would like to have a protective barrier put down in the future. In sum, we would definitely recommend Appliance Tech to others and will contact them again for future repair needs.

Glenn was responsive and innovative. He helped to find a solution when the part was no longer being made by Kitchen aid and I now have filtered water and ice! Thank you so much for being so kind and efficient! I’ll definitely call and use this company again!
