    Glenn was friendly, knowledgeable and on-time. He was very efficient in his work and explained to us the cause of the problems with our appliances, and what he would do to fix them, plus informed us of the pros and cons of repair v. replacement, when appropriate. His solutions seemed very straightforward, and we never felt that we were being oversold services. The pricing seemed very reasonable, too. One small problem: we discovered some still-wet dirty water spots on the carpet in front of our washer after it had been worked on. They cleaned up easily, but we would like to have a protective barrier put down in the future. In sum, we would definitely recommend Appliance Tech to others and will contact them again for future repair needs.

    I texted at 8:00AM requesting a service call. By 8:30AM, I had an appointment for the same day. Glenn kept us apprised as to when he would arrive and he arrived on time. He repaired our ice maker quickly and competently! He was very friendly and we will definitely use him again!

Chris went beyond our expectations to get our refrigerator/freezer running properly again. We really appreciated their efforts to make it a positive experience.
