Reviews of local pros in Moseley, Virginia

Highly recommend for their competency with turfgrass care! I’m very particular and not a regular customer. But I needed some help with fall work (aeration, fertilizer, overseed). They did a great job on my primary yard and my meadow. They took particular care to avoid sprinkler heads, lighting, etc., to avoid accidental property damage.

Prompt and professional! I would highly recommend using them for lawn care/leaf removal! Thanks for the help!

Steven of Willmarth Property Services has gotten my yards looking great! When I moved to this property, there was nothing but dirt, branches, leaves and no grass in much of my backyard. Now there is lush green grass and the rest of my yard looks so green and lush as well. He shows up every week to mow, edge, and weed eat my property. He does all of the necessary treatments to keep the grass looking great. In the fall, he does all of my leaf clean up which is a lot since I have trees surrounding my home. I love coming home to a well kept yard. He is very dependable, easy to work with, and has helped me find other dependable companies for other home projects I need to have done. So grateful and appreciative for people like Steven.

Willmarth Services is responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. My lawn has never looked so good! And the cost is a good deal. Owner Stephen is truthful and personable.

Willmarth is a fantastic company! They provide fantastic service and it has been so helpful not having to worry about our yard and maintaining it. They take any worry from the customer and take care of it all. Steven has even alerted us to problems on our property not related to our lawn maintenance that has helped us fix the problem before the situation got worse, and we are so grateful for that. They are the best!

Steven does a great job maintaining our property. He is a one man company but has great subcontractors for mulching, hedge trimming and irrigation systems. I highly recommend Willmarth Property Services.

I highly recommend them for your lawn maintenance needs.

[Edit] Since my original rating, I had Willmarth Property Services take over all of my lawn needs for an entire season. My yard has never looked better! I recommend their full service without hesitation.

Steven Willmarth aerated, seeded, fertilized our yard with Lesco and the result was amazing. Steven is a really nice guy with incredible knowledge and has exceptional equipment to get the job done. Everything was done in a timely manner and the price was definitely fair. Steven also helped us eliminate the chickweeds (and every other weed) and we believe our yard looks better than any golf course out there. It's the best looking yard we've ever had; very thick, dark green, no weeds, extremely happy. Thanks Steven!!
