Beware of LHC Lawn Services
I am no longer a customer with LHC lawn services anymore I cancelled them due to quality of aeration/missing spots and not having the correct equipment after someone came out and surveyed it beforehand. They told me I didn’t have to pay because they did such a bad job and what happened. LHC came and aerated my neighbors house and drove down the center of my lawn over my sprinkler line and did a u-turn that I just aerated and overseeded myself. I bought a Brinly tow behind and did a way better job than them. Then when I contacted them to let them know and sent pictures and they said it I will have to fix it if it doesn’t come back on its own. Why should I have to do anything, I am not even a customer anymore and they caused it unnecessarily as there were plenty of other spots to turn around at the house they were working on. Seemed almost intentional so beware. Just wanted everyone and anyone to be aware that this is how they do business.
P.S- Ironically LHC did the same thing to my neighbor, wrong equipment and missing spots had to come back also.

I had such a great experience with International Mechanical INC. The whole team was professional, skilled, and really knew what they were doing. I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I provided a service to the owner, Jamey Atkins. He hired my company to paint his house. When it came time to pay the bill, he refused. He is a crook!! Don't let him in your home!!

I have used Atkins for multiple projects over the last few years. the last project was installing three ceiling fans. They have been responsive, completed good work, and have been reasonably priced. I will continue to use Atkins for all my electrical needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was promised their service with issues for a year with my new build. They installed subpar floor outlets. When called to fix an issue And provide additional work for them, there was no response during three weeks of calling this company. No one picks up their company line let alone returns calls. I highly advise using Micheal & Sons over Atkins.

Jamey and his crew were efficient and communicative. I had several outlets and a ceiling light suddenly stop working in my kitchen. His crew came out on time, as promised, and fixed the problem (loose wire) within only a half hour, if that. Jamey and his staff members were friendly and personable, which made working with them easy. Would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They wired our house when it was built, have done some additional work since building the house and just recently wired our newly built detached garage. The prices are very reasonable and the timeliness and quality of the work was great. They gave me some good recommendations during the build of the house and garage as they were not things I had thought about and it turned out to be a game changer with my lighting and other electrical needs. I highly recommend this company for new construction or service related work.

We haven't had much luck getting Jamie (owner) to return phone calls or to keep promises of calling to schedule a service. They wired my house before it was built but still owe us a floor outlet installation. Would not recommend them for individual customer service.

Would not recommend at all. To summarize them would be unreliable (not showing up when stated they would and not finishing the list of things to do but only working for a few hours), sloppy work and has had to come back and fix multiple outlets from being crooked and loose. On top of all that, the guys that have came have been quite young and smelled like weed so bad I had to open my windows to let my house air out.
