Carlos and his crew were excellent!! Highly recommend Colony Roofing!

They came out and gave me a quote right away. Then started the job on time and finished sooner than expected. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Service was ok, but they were unresponsive both before and after, left construction materials on the roof, and would not return calls nor emails. I recommend using someone else.

From the top down, they are are first class company and get our repeated business. Highly recommended. Very pleasant company to work with. You certainly do not get that feeling of being oversold on a project.

Had an employee come to my home and look at a job. He stated he would be on vacation for a week and to call him then. I left 4 messages and asked that he call me. Finally after the 5th call I was told he no longer worked for the company and that they are quite busy but someone would reach out to me the same day.Yet again, I have never been contacted . I would think it would be a matter of common curtesy to call a customer if this was something they were to busy to help me with. It has now been over a month and not a word from them . I can understand having a full schedule but let the person know. I could have had someone else here to look at the job and not waited for a call that was never even returned. Poor customer service

Herb and his team took care of my project from start to finish. They came back and adjusted some flashing they noticed wasn't right on their inspection that I didn't notice. Solid company that was good to work with.

Carlos L. came out to perform an assessment due to a water issue we are having in our house. He was on time, cheerful, and efficient. He did a thorough check on our roof and determined that the flashing, roof nor exhaust outlets were the source of our water problems. As a military family it is hard to always know who you can trust to give you a straight answer and I know Carlos is that kind of guy! Thank you for your time!

We had contracted out a privacy fence to be installed by this company,,,their estimate was mid range BUT they were available sooner than the others. They will begin tomorrow. Last week, we found a water leak in the attic and suffered damages from Sheetrock, hardwood flooring and insulation as well as mold in a closet area. The mold took this job to a whole other problem. I talked to Herb by phone and he had a crew out the next morning, as well as a dumpster delivered. Anyone experiencing this situation knows remediation is costly (insurance company denied the claim) and Herb worked with us. He pulled a rabbit out of his hat to make this happen. His crew performed the job with professionalism and in a timely manner. We couldn’t ask for more. Unfortunately, we aren’t patient enough to wait through the weekend and will be using someone else to reinstall, however, the fence starts tomorrow as well and I’m at ease knowing his company is handling the job.

I contacted this company for an estimate to fix the exterior trim. They came out and spent less than 5 minutes at my residence which included taking pictures. After several requests and three days later I received a call from the estimator. He stated that it would be $9,000.00 to fix the exterior trim and replace the roof. I never asked for a new roof. The roof was replaced 4 years ago due to a fire. I attempted to explain this to him but he was extremely rude and nasty. This company declined the job because I don't want my entire roof replaced.They stated that they can not complete the job without replacing the entire roof. I should not have to pay for an entire roof to have the exterior trim on my home replaced.

Detached garage - Herb and his team at Colony did a great job on the gage build. I work in industrial construction and have pretty high standards and Colony did not disappoint. Herb was always available to address questions and requests. The garage looks great! As a matter of fact, we have had several people say that it looks like it was built with the house instead of added later.

Colony construction has completed 3 jobs for us in the last 3 months and we could not be happier with their personalism, professionalism, and attention to detail. Between the sales representatives and project managers on the construction and roofing sides to the actual teams that came onsite to do our jobs, we couldn’t have been more impressed. The teams that came out to do the jobs were courteous, respectful, and on time. In addition to that, they were tidy and cleaned up any mess before leaving our property.

The work completed includes the replacement of 2 roofs, replacement of a gable vent, the lowering of gutters and replacement of gutter guards, custom pedestal build for our washer and dryer, gutting and replacing all insulation and drywall in our garage and laundry room.

We are currently in the works of setting up a 4th job.

I had a branch fall on my roof and put a hole in my roof. I called Colony and they were able to come out and take a look and give me a fair repair price. They were professional, courteous and quick. I was unable to use them because of my own finances. But will defiantly consider using them in the future.

Carlos was extremely helpful! We had about 8’-10’ of shingles that tore and blew off our ridge cap, which allowed rain to leak into our ceiling. I took pictures from the ground of the damage and roof color, and Carlos came two days later, on a Sunday morning, and did the repair. Cost was exactly what he quoted me, repair was done fast and neat, and he cleaned up the damaged shingles from various parts of the roof where they had landed. He also identified a hole on another part of the roof where another ridge shingle had blown off, we didn’t even notice that one. Fixed on the spot, no extra $$. Carlos is a great guy and a class act. We’ll use Colony again for sure!

Screen Installation on a 3rd-floor balcony/porch
Herb and his team did a good job figuring out a reasonably-priced solution to installing a screen (approx. 9' x 9') on our 3rd-floor balcony/porch outside our existing railing. It was challenging but they completed the job to our satisfaction despite some hitches in the giddyup--so some of the guys returned to finish up a few details as soon as we apprised Herb and Amonte of them. Things are still difficult in the construction industry (and many others) due to supply chain issues and COVID. Herb and company did their best to keep us posted under the circumstances. I judge a business not only by their products and services but also by how they respond to issues. Colony Construction was very responsive throughout the entire process and gave us good value for our money.

I can't say enough good about these guys. They were recommended by Dale at Doors and More. They gave me a fair price and did a great job! They reroofed my house, garage and two gazebos. They showed up on time, fixed my leaking roof and left me with a brand new shingled roof. They were also very professional in the installation and left the jobsite spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had another great experience with Colony! After having our roof replaced and leaf guard gutters installed, we had Colony put in new sliding glass doors and create a shiplap accent wall in our family room that turned out beautiful. The entire team is great to work with and they ensured that we were satisfied throughout the process. We already have plans for our next project.
