Believe all the 5-star reviews. I contacted Armstrong Carpet Repair to have several rooms re-stretched after lifting carpets to add additional wood screws to silence some annoying squeaks upstairs. Malachi was very helpful and showed me how to install wood screws without actually lifting the carpet; it worked. Very professional, courteous, and competent. Excellent QPR, i.e., very reasonable compared to the larger businesses.

I recently hired Malachi to complete carpet stretching repair, as well as provide a quote for a closet remodel (including shoe shelves and closet racks) and bathroom shower tile install. From start to finish, he was outstanding—fast, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. His professionalism and reliability stood out, as he was on time, available when needed (next day), and truly trustworthy. His attention to detail and efficiency made the process seamless. Malachi came to our home to give us a cost on carpet stretching. We accepted his price for the repair and he did the work the same day . The carpet needed cutting as well as stretching and he tied it back under the baseboard beautifully. . He was knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job and would highly recommend him for any type of carpet work.

So I just bought a brand new house and I made the mistake of leaving my dog out while I was running errands, and when I came home, my carpet was torn up!! So I googled Carpet Replacement and Armstrong Carpet Repair popped up. I reached out to him, sent him pictures of the damage and he reached back out within 48hrs of my email. I told him I wanted my carpet to be repaired ASAP, and he was able to pencil me in, and got my carpet taken care of the next day!! He was very professional and he did an amazing job, my carpet looks good as new!

The repair was quick, and when we noticed it wasn’t a perfect match even though I had already paid he came back to make it right.
