Andy came over a couple of months ago to explain solar systems. He is very knowledgeable in how solar works and explains how it can produce energy and save money. His explanation helped us to decide on going solar. Also if you have any questions he is always available.

The install crew was absolutely marvelous. They were very respectful and focused on their Job at hand. They made me feel good to have such nice and concerned young men. Thank you Ryan and Khalif with assistance with my solar process.

I was not sure I wanted to go solar at first but talked to Khalif and decided to listen to his pitch. Then talked to Larry and decided to move forward with the panels. They have been very easy to work with, easy to contact for questions and they keep me appraised of the process all along the way. Today the panels were put on and Larry came by later to check on us. Andy Marlow has been great walking us through the process and keeping us updated on what the next steps are. The installation looks great. They painted the conduit so you can’t see it. The crew was very professional. We are happy with our purchase and very happy with Andy.

Mr. Baez was professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He was very thorough. The only downfall was the amount of time it took to complete all of the paperwork with different providers verifying information and sometimes info was not not received or there was a hiccup in connectivity.

We were pleasantly surprised that everything Andy Marlowe had told us was true. I researched it my self it took me about 2 hours between phone calls and the internet. What I found through all my personal researxh was,, everything he told me was absolutely truue. The men arrived to do the install they we're very perfessonal and polite. They went right to work like Santa's elves. I would recommend LGCY for solar.

We had been thinking about getting solar panels to lower our electric bill.. we talked to a few people..
Then we found LGCY or should I say they found us.
Sam came out and sat down with us and explained everything..he is very knowledgeable about this..we asked all the questions we had and he answered all of them..he ran all the information we gave him and poof we were approved.
When we had more questions Sam was very quick to get us the answers.
Heather was amazing she contacted me to schedule installation and was very good with staying in contact with me all the way thru to final inspection and even did a call back to make sure I had no problems with anything during install.

Our experience with LGCY Power has been nothing but positive. JD has taken care of everything for us from day one and provided excellent customer service. The decision to go solar was a no brainer. $0 out of pocket, substantial tax credit and monthly state recs. LGCY also has the best warranty in the industry. This company is definitely 5 stars.

My experience with Legacy to date has been wonderful. John David Jackson my representative was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything he has said would happen, did happen as planned. He is very dedicated to his job and is very responsive. I would highly recommend JD to everyone I know. I am that satisfied and pleased with JD and the Legacy operation.

I had my solar panels installed six months ago and the process was swift. My rep, Wes Marlowe, was very informative and kept ne updated for each stage of the process. My monthly bill is significantly lower. It was the best decision i could have made.

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable.The lead person was Eric Darden. He was very polite and knowledgeable and carried me thru the whole process. He set up my accounts for me from my enlighten app to show how much power you are using and generating .Also my srech account for my system. My husband and I have had the best experience working with JD. He has walked us through every step of the way. We were able to contact him with all our questions and never had to worry about anything. He is will versed in the product and the savings for my family. We have all the confidence that if we need or have a question he will be there and able to answer it.

If you are looking or even thinking about going solar, I highly recommend LGCY Power. When we sat first sat down with Sam Principal I had my doubts. But it wasn’t long be Mr. Sam Principle had my full attention. He took the time to breakdown our current utility bill and showed how and where we could save on monthly and yearly costs. Not only that he is a true professional. Listening to every concern that we had before answering. There were no scripted answers here. There was no rushing us through the process. He explained everything very clearly.
I thought that was the last we would have heard from Sam, But no! He was there every step of the way. Even when we didn’t have questions he would call to check in to see if any questions arose. Once the process started Mrs. Heather(can’t recall her first name. Mainly because everyone is so darn friendly it’s amazing!) was and absolute Gem! Keeping us informed of paper work, installation/inspection times. She is very knowledgeable and professional . Any questions we had she was there to answer. The only thing that I can said bad about the experience was waiting on the local power company. But that’s not on LGCY. During that waiting period and even today Sam and Heather have been very professional and respectful every step of the way.

In closing, I’ll refer back to my opening sentence, If you are looking or even thinking about going solar, I highly recommend LGCY Power.

You won’t be disappointed!

First, the salesman disregarded a “No Trespassing” sign and proceeded to badger this customer to make appointment to get solar panels installed. Did make an appointment only so he would leave the property because his cohort waited in their truck. I did not feel safe in the presence of this salesman.

All I have to say is take note of the name John David Jackson with LGCY solar! I wish I had Mr. John David as my representative during my first home purchase and solar experience. He gave me new perspective and took the time to educate me on solar and its many benefits. And broke down to me the disadvantages and cost of not going solar. Mr John achieved all of this without being pushy, overly persistent or aggressive. We sat and had a conversation, like two friends catching up. He has a way of effortlessly making you feel like much more than a client only. He makes me feel that it's less about a sale and commission for him and more about him wanting me to have clear understanding on the matter, financial freedom from unnecessary rising utility bills and better home quality for me as it pertains to solar. He stays in touch to ensure I am updated on the stages of the project and to see if I have any questions or concerns. I feel good about this purchase, and I feel great about my future savings, unlike my first time around with a different company and having no direct representative like John when i had issues and questions. I get the impression that he loves what he does and he loves helping people. He's very knowledgeable and professional, and from what I have witnessed this far, a man of integrity. I have referred my family to him as well. The good thing is in this case, he is enough to go around. If you're considering going solar, or not, or not sure, I recommend you give him a few minutes of your time, it more than likely will result in a positive change for you. It did for me!

I had Sam Principe come out and explain Solar to me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After I signed up Sam didn’t forget about me. My calls were never ignored. The customer service with LGCY is phenomenal. The installation was quick and easy. My panels look great and the best part is I was able to lower a bill I already pay and am saving money!
