Weston was the representative who I worked with. I can't say enough about Weston's knowledge about solar. I have been a skeptic for years and after talking with Weston my view on solar has done a complete 360. I'm excited to be part of the solar family and to see my monthly electric bull go down. My process was quick and pretty seamless. Weston isn't one of those sales people who disappear once you sign on the dotted line. Weston has always responded quickly to any of my concerns. Thank you Weston on being genuine.

Update: Now that we have been fully up and running and the process is basically complete I can honestly say this was an exceptional process! Our Rep JD Jackson kept in communication with me and anytime i just had a question, i texted and he answered right away! Its all been great, the solar panels look nice and we're saving money!! I recommend LGCY to everyone and am sending him to my daughters home next! Thanks JD for everything

I was very skeptical at the beginning, now after almost a year I couldn’t be more surprised as the how much money I have saved on my Dominion Power. Andy the company representative presented a clear and understandable presentation as to the process of installation and the monetary return on my SOLAR investment. Professionally done install. No worries with inspection and Dominion Power approval. Buy back is awesome.

Horrible customer service, panels installed Nov. 2024 stopped working July 2025. I have been calling customer service since August I'm told the same thing weekly they are short staffed on technicians some one will reach out to schedule an appointment with in 5 to 7 days ( I'm still waiting). I would not recommend Lgcy of Va , buyer beware.

Overall: great customer service, savings over time, and lifetime warranty (including roof)

Ray is a very thorough and well versed consultant. My wife and I had a lot of doubts going in but Ray was able to break down a lot of the Myths and Facts about solar and assisted us along the way. At first the process seemed like a long time but over the course of how long we will live in our home with solar energy to offset growing electrical bills, this was the clear choice to help financially.

Service after the sale- Ray continues to answer questions and check in even a few months out from the installation. I would recommend him as a consultant, when able.

I have had an incredible experience in getting LGCY Solar panels on my house. Andy Marlowe , my salesperson, was and still is the main reason. He is always there for support. If I have a question or concern, he either answers my call or calls me back when he is available. Always has an answer for me and points me in the right direction for what I need. I am selling my house and have had to call him several times with questions from a possible buyer regarding the solar and he told me to give them his name and phone number and he would answer any questions they may have. My husband had a very bad injury to his leg and Andy always asks how he is doing. So, he not only is my support for LGCY but he is caring and I consider him a friend.
As far as my Dominion Power bills , I haven’t hit a $0.00 bill yet but I am happy with $26.00/month billing

John David was my rep awesome guy. He answered all questions in detail very forward with how the program worked. Along with pro and cons of solar power. Stayed in contact we us through the process. I recommend John to anyone that is or is not interested in purchasing solar power. Thank for making the transition very smooth.

Here for the same reason everyone else is, atrocious driver. Absolutely careless.

If your nname is on the side of your vehicle it would be wise to not be an aggressive driver and try to intimidate other drivers

Although I cannot speak on his electrical work this guy is an extremely aggressive driver. Tailgating many drivers and shaking his hands in the air nonstop. These are not traits of someone I would like to hire or allow into my home and for these reasons I will be sure none of my friends or family use his services.

Just like others I am here to report this wild reckless driver. He wanted to swerve out in front of me but thankfully didn't. Then pulled in behind me and tailgated me. We came to a stop and he was incredibly close to hitting me today. I can't imagine a business owner that allows such poor advertising.

So same as everyone else most aggressive driver tailgated me flashing high beams and I was running 10 mph over the limit I moved over he came next to me and started to move over in my lane. If you are the owner of this company shame on you it was an older ford econoline van.

Most aggressive driver I've seen in a while. Likes to tailgate people and flash their brights even if you're going 10+ over the limit. Also finds it acceptable to cut you off when you don't speed up to his liking with no turn signal. 10/10 would not hire this guy for anything.

Couldn't find bulbs needed to my building, Gexpro, got them in less than a week.

Great service cheaper price then other supply houses

Nathan was extremely knowledgeable in his field and efficient in his work he always showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner price wasn't high considering the work he was doing throughout the entire time he maintained a positive attitude and great work ethic i will definitely be using his services again when the time calls
